A real borscht! Initially, we were checked into a room, everything was fine, an ironing board was immediately brought on request, everything seems wonderful. But! Five hours later, after we left the hotel, we returned to the room, which revealed that we were not living there alone, but with at least thirty-five, maybe forty ants. We called the reception, the hotel administrator came up to us, who said that there were no available rooms to move you, we would not refund the money, because the tariff is non-refundable, and besides, there are two ants here. By the way, the ants were driven around the room completely visa-free, due to the lush carpet. The receptionist contacted the hotel owner, who advised her to simply vacuum up these "few insects" and go to bed quietly. Since there are no rooms available, we did not want to sleep in the branch of the Tbilisi Terrarium, so we decided to move out. Since we "lived" in the room for about seven hours, we offered to refund our money for unused nights. To which, we were also sent far away. The funny thing is that before we even got into a taxi, the hotel owner made a cancellation at the booking so that no one would desecrate his penates in the reviews. Naturally, booking did not solve the problem, no one returned the money to us. And after that, a week later, money was debited from me again, for the purpose of blackmail. Allegedly, we will get a refund if I delete the review on the booking.

I really liked the hotel, the room is clean, comfortable and spacious. We stayed for 3 days, but we plan to come back, then we will advise others here. The location is convenient, the very center. For money, too, an acceptable price.A warm welcome, thank you.

Upon arrival, they said my room for 40 lari had already been taken and offered this "beautiful" room for 100 lari, of course, I immediately objected without even seeing this room, the manager was not confident in himself, the Turk said the price did not depend on him and offered a discount of up to 80 I said that I would not pay 80 for one The night. And I was alone. We agreed on 70 it was already late and I was tired and tired after the flights. In general, having seen without paying attention to all this, I decided to pay. When paying with a card, he said that then + a percentage of 5 lari, they say 75 lari. I objected, as if he was afraid that I would bury him now, after all, he punched a check for 70 lari. I really do not recommend staying here. the price is high and the quality is worse than the 200-year-old house of the late grandmother. The TV does not work, the sockets do not work in the morning in bed, I notice Zhukov rushing to Moscow to be disinfected
