Terrible optics, disgusting service, this is the first time I've come across this. 12/17/2024 I am ordering glasses with blue block lenses. On 12/27/2024, a message about readiness arrives, I did not take the glasses, but at home I saw that with the same diopters on two eyes, one lens is installed thicker than the other. I wrote on Instagram of this optician, they asked me to come. When we got there, the master just grinned and said that the center of the lens was shifted. Why give such an order? Well, it's not my fault, then my glasses were taken away for another 3 weeks to replace the lenses. 15.01 I came to pick them up and found at home that they had installed the wrong lenses. The blue block coating is not applied to the lenses)))))))
A nice bonus is the loose shackle. I'm waiting for tomorrow to hear why I got the wrong lenses when I paid for the others))

we helped out a lot — we put new shackles (one was broken off, completely replaced with new ones), even matched the color perfectly (the frame is transparent, the tone of the shackles, chosen by the master, perfectly matched it), the work was done within a week, thank you very much! ophthalmologists are responsive, the price is pleasant, I go with whole glasses and I am happy.

I Googled optics in Minsk, where you can check your eyesight for free and pick up lenses (contact, not for glasses). And I came across the only one, for some reason everything was paid for the prescription for lenses in the rest. And here, when buying in optics, it's free + consultation.
The doctor is very competent, explained everything in detail and taught me how to put on / take off
The girl behind the counter is also very nice.
