A terrible ophthalmologist, Nadezhda Sergeevna Fedorova. I came for a prescription for glasses, but I left in a bad mood. I already know that I am "bespectacled" and that the forecast for the future is not to walk with a "single" vision, so why bring such clients as me to even more depressive thoughts about this. I do not come to the optician for a lecture from the medical handbook, especially not for humiliations and rude statements from the so-called "experienced doctor with great experience." Such a specialist is worthless. There is a service, there is a demand for it. The client pays you money (even if it's not big, and it's not about them at all). So be kind enough to be a professional in your business, and not let your emotions and displeasures spoil the mood of the client. Good luck and prosperity to the specialists who take orders in the optics itself and to the cashier (I apologize if I mislabeled their professions), but I wish Nadezhda Sergeevna to keep her emotions when communicating with the client. We are not coming to visit you, dear.

Very friendly and high-quality service. The consultant immediately competently suggested frames, suggested. We placed an order quickly.
