The doctor at the reception is just super! She worked patiently with her son in the selection of lenses. At the reception, the consultant is categorically persistent. The phrases "you DEFINITELY need this" are unacceptable to me. A strong desire to sell is more repulsive than attractive.

The first time I came to the optician for a vision diagnosis, the doctor explained all the points concerning vision in clear language, which is just super. At the same time, we selected a suitable frame and lenses for me (taking into account my work at the computer). The next time I returned to optics for a second pair of glasses with photochromic lenses, so that it would be comfortable in the summer. I was offered different options for lenses in frames, and all the advantages and disadvantages of each were voiced. At the same time, the doctor helped me pick up contact lenses and taught me how to use them.
When selecting frames, each time the consultant was polite, helped with the selection, and was competent.
I am very grateful to optics for high-quality consultations, for an excellent choice of frames.

Excellent specialists, beautiful frames. I was making driving glasses for myself and my two daughters. We were able to delight a 13-year-old teenage girl with very big claims to appearance. The equipment is at a height and the qualifications of the specialists are beyond praise: they picked up and explained everything clearly at the level of a five-year-old child. I recommend it! (Dr. Anastasia is young, beautiful and a professional in her field)

Frames are worn without comments, photochromic lenses serve perfectly for 2 years! The children's water is also here for inspection, I like everything!

They checked the child's eyesight and ordered glasses. I liked the doctor's examination, everything was clearly explained and told. When ordering, the glasses were promised to be made in 7 days. Then they called back and said that the period would increase to 10 days, since there were no lenses. After 13 days, I called myself. I thought that after paying 300 rubles for the glasses, I have the right to ask when they will be ready. But they answered me rudely that there was no need to call, that when the product is ready, they will call themselves, that this is, in general, the wrong question, since there are no lenses, what can I do, they say. In general, from a representative of a private and expensive optics, I expected an apology and assurances that I was still their client and my money was not gone, well, and requests to wait for some more time. But, this is my opinion. Neither a cover nor a napkin was offered when the order was placed. These are our first glasses. Such things could be suggested. Well, again, my vision of good service. For this, minus 2 stars.

I would like to mention the doctor Anastasia is a very good person and a competent specialist!
We picked up frames and lenses for the child twice and were very satisfied with the service!
I wish there were more such specialists who would not ignore a single question!!!

Today I had a chance to visit this optics. I was met by a consultant shouting that you should not touch the glasses without notifying her. Incompetence in matters of consulting on coatings is enough for her. The phrase "all that is needed" was enough to end the questions. I have not received a clear answer. He shakes for every frame referring to the "expensive" frame. But, this is not her business, her business is to advise on all the frames that are presented, regardless of the cost of the frames. Shaming her for her boorish behavior towards customers did not work out in a polite way. She also got confused in the description of frames and lenses, changed her readings every 5 minutes. The opinion about this optics is very negative due to rudeness towards customers and advisory issues. And this "toxic consultant" (a woman of about 30 years old is blonde, this optician should know her heroes) should return to the field of work where everything is five kopecks and then she will continue to scream what the HELL.

The female seller forbade trying on frames without her permission, despite the fact that the frames are publicly available to buyers. Is it absurd? Watchman's syndrome?
When asked to clarify the availability of lenses, they replied: "call me tomorrow." Take a phone number and call yourself so that you don't miss the client, didn't you think of it? I already have a thousand things in my head, do I still have to do your work for you and call you?
Customer focus is at zero, with such an approach to customers, you should have opened on Kamennaya Gorka, and not in this LCD, and not positioned yourself as a premium optics with high-quality service. It's a disgrace
