A hundred places where you can go, we are urgently ready to help and for adequate money. I apply periodically, because I make the car myself more, but sometimes the car breaks down very abruptly without warning. These guys are helping out. The director himself is always here, if repairs are needed again, I know where to go. For understanding, this is the only service station that accepted the car on Friday evening!!! I also applied for small things, I am happy with everything! After that, you didn't need to finish anything, you close the hood and ride calmly!

I would like to express my great gratitude to the director of OptimaAutoRem Dmitry and his team (masters) Dima and Pasha for their excellent work. I drove the car, I realized that something was wrong with it, of course I was worried that I was deceived, as it happens at some service stations (when you read reviews). They treated me with great understanding, showed me, explained where and what needed to be replaced. Special thanks for that. I had all the necessary spare parts ordered. The prices are very reasonable. In my car, they performed: car diagnostics, stabilizer bar replacement, ball bearing replacement, caliper repair and did the prevention of the front caliper bracket. When I picked up the car, they made a discount, it was very nice. Guys with a sense of humor, which is not a little important. I was very pleased with the repair. The car is driving quietly, nothing is knocking. Thank you very much. I decided for myself that I would drive the car only to OptimaAutoRem. I turned to them on the recommendation of my supervisor, and did not regret it. First, the front bearing had to be replaced. Before replacing, they demonstrated the entire suspension for possible breakdowns. After, after they offered options for spare parts, from budget to higher-quality and expensive ones, they explained the difference. According to my desire, it was possible to buy spare parts on my own, but I refused this, since the prices are the same as in car shops. I drove the car on the appointed day and by the agreed time - everything was ready. I was satisfied with the price for the repair and the speed of the repair.
After that, I turned to them for the replacement of the rear springs, for a car service - this is a test! Since I have a car with a complex, multi-link suspension and for a seemingly simple repair, it was necessary to completely remove the rear axle ...
Bottom line: the repair was done - in less than a day! And for me, this is extremely important, because I live outside the city, it's hard without a car.

They took up my old Accent of '96, diagnosed the suspension, were in touch throughout the entire repair period (4 days, taking into account the expectation of spare parts), discussed each additional repair over the phone, advised more optimal options for spare parts. The muffler was welded, the stabilizer bar was changed. Everything is fast, high-quality and at a very reasonable price. + Dmitry looked at the suspension, eliminated a small knock when the fan was running. The attitude towards the client is 10 points out of 10.
