She doesn't talk politely on the phone, according to the principle of how you got me with your questions, and in the very center… I was with my husband, my mother and my child and she didn't politely address anyone, everything was arrogant and arrogant!!!!!!!!!!!
I also saw that we were not the only ones with whom she was talking like that, there were still people of retirement age there and also talked unceremoniously.

On September 10, 2024, at the reception, in Optimeda, when applying for a medical card for a consultation, my mother asked if I needed to present my pension certificate for a discount, to which the administrator said that it was not necessary, because everything was visible on it anyway. Mom replied:"of course, I'm not a girl anymore..."
It was on the 1st work shift, my mother did not look at the badge, she does not know the name, a woman with a chestnut square.
It is amazing that such a tactless administrator works in such a prestigious medical center, focusing on age. At least it's not tactful. I would like to know: are these attempts at self-affirmation at the expense of self-importance and the age of other women? Or is it just a banal impoliteness? We hope that your already "middle-aged" administrator, like my mother, will see this review and turn to specialists to resolve personal issues so as not to take out anger on other people or take a course of competent communication with clients and acquire parenting skills, since this is not currently available.
As for the examination, everything is amazing, the doctors are wonderful. But the receptionist ruined the mood.

For clarity, I measured both the option that is written out in optimed and the one in optics. Fortunately for me, I did not make glasses blindly believing the recipe from optimeda, otherwise it would have been lost money, quite a lot by the way. My only request was and that was not fulfilled properly. This negates all the advantages. I do not recommend it to anyone, it is a waste of time and money. And the eye was sore and itchy the next day after diagnosis.
It wasn't the first time we were at the clinic. But after the last visit, an extremely unpleasant feeling remained. We got to the appointment right away, at the appointed time. After instillation of the eyes and with bandages on the face, the children had to wait about 50 minutes for a second examination by an ophthalmologist!!! There were no other children at the reception at that time. The nurse and the doctor repeatedly left the office on their own business, drank coffee. To my question "Why is it taking so long?", the nurse did not answer anything. During the examination, the medical staff conducts conversations about the upcoming vacation, and about some other matters of their own. Without listening to what numbers the client calls on the screen. There was another child in the queue behind us. He sat on the couch for 40 minutes! They just forgot about him!!! The conversation with the doctor about my children and the examination of the "forgotten" child was held in the same office at the same time!!! Why this attitude towards customers is not entirely clear. Don't set foot on you anymore!!!
I have never seen such a boorish attitude in a paid clinic anywhere! The doctor, a 45-year-old woman with short hair, answered all my questions with undisguised contempt and hypocrisy. I took my daughter to a consultation. There were mixed impressions. First. They do not have specialized (if I understand correctly) equipment specifically for children. The doctor simply copied the results from another eye center, which, unfortunately, is currently closed. Otherwise - answers to questions, consultation, courtesy from the staff - no questions, everything is fine. Second. I understand that the room is rented, but you can still allocate some money and paint the walls, it's a little dirty and dull. It does not fit in with a large and respectable center (you are respectable, right?) The third. It is relatively difficult to find for non-"aborigines". Fortunately, at least the locals know, because the commission is held there.
I liked the consultation. In Lode, they attributed glasses that don't fit at all. They told me to change the lenses in which the child began to see well.
Professionals work. The staff is very polite. Individual approach to each patient. The quality of treatment is excellent. There is no queue, everything is on time. I recommend.
My impressions were twofold. The examination lasted no more than 40 minutes, taking into account the waiting time after instillation of the eyes, the fundus lens was not even offered. When examining disposable materials on devices, the chin and forehead are also not provided. There are quite a lot of patients and staff, too, but when conducting a study, personal matters are discussed, while giving the impression that the study is conducted in between cases. I learned for the first time that astigmatism is a "crooked cornea". Perhaps not everything is so bad, but there was no desire to return to the center and entrust your health.
I made a correction back in 2016. It's been many years, everything is great! Many thanks to Dr. Yushkevich. But even at that moment, the building needed renovation. Everything is in terrible condition, pathetic, the toilets are generally disgusting. My brother went to the diagnosis and said that he would not make eyes in this place. I did it in another place.
I was there 2 times myself and once the child 2.3 had his eyesight checked. I was satisfied with the attitude of the doctors, they are very attentive, do a high-quality examination, answer any questions of interest

The results of the tests that were given at Optimed are strikingly different from the results at another medical center at this point in time. They did NOT do "blurring of the eyes" (that is, they should put a lens on the patient, in which he sees everything as if in a fog, vaguely, and then gradually!!! it is necessary to reach the value of the lens at which the patient sees clearly), as they actually do in another medical center, and in a polyclinic, and in optics!!!! From the direct question - "why didn't I have this procedure done?!" the doctor evaded the answer, which I am very dissatisfied with!
From the good: the doctor identified other vision problems for me and gave recommendations, I hope it will help.
But different diopters were exposed in different medical centers!!!
My advice: check your eyes with different doctors. Diopters should not be strikingly different!!!!!

About the correction itself: the doctor made me a folder. A very nice woman. I was terribly afraid of the splits in my eyes. But in the process of correction, everything is so clearly, in detail, step by step told and done that you completely trust the doctor. I was constantly asked how I was feeling, if it was possible to start, they gave me a chance to breathe and calm my nervous system. They have everything under control there. The main thing is to relax and trust the specialists.
Of course, the recovery period is not the most pleasant, but it's worth it.
True, postoperative examinations and hourly waits leave much to be desired, but in any case it is better than in a state polyclinic.

I pre-registered for the diagnosis so that I could meet it in one day (at 10:30 diagnosis, after which the doctor scheduled the operation for 14 of the same day), because I was traveling from another city. The operation was quick and without problems (the main thing is to listen to the doctor and follow his instructions). On the day after the operation, the vision was pulled up by fog (this is normal), a week later the quality of vision was not very 0.3 and 0.7 (at -2.0 initial), a month later 0.7 and 1 were already at the reception. In another month it is necessary to come to the appointment, I think everything will be fine). I heard that some people's eyesight was already at 1 the next day, but my eye muscles got used to it and adjusted for longer (the doctor said vision stabilization up to 6 months can occur), it's all individual.
