I was there today, I was just in shock. The service is terrible, the food is so-so, the portions are small, the staff can not cope with such a stream of people. In the end, I didn't wait to be served and left.

The staff is very cool - they meet you as soon as they come in, polite and patient. Very fast cooking (on average, they bring it in 6-7 minutes). the food in general is pretty good, it's fashionable to mention burgers and hot dogs (not an ordinary hotdog) - they make them very well. Drinks are always cold in the hot season, and in winter they give free hot tea.
It is a very cool place for lunch or dinner with the family, however, it is a pity that lately (the last six months or a year) pita bread is being made very poorly

Very tasty fast food, a huge range of food, waiting time 5-4 minutes, bomb interior, many types of drinks, the staff is very polite and pleasant smell.
