The food is delicious, but the seats in the restaurant are dirty, the tables don't seem to be wiped at all. The staff seems friendly, but if you order only one position (well, I only want pita bread and that's it, and now what?!), the ridicule begins. The cashier who took the order laughed and then went to tell the others about it, the girl at the checkout brings the order and laughs. The impressions are not the best after this and there is no desire to go again.

Terrible service, accepted the order, waited for the order number to appear on the scoreboard, after 5 minutes it turned out that the order was ready, went to the checkout, everyone pretends not to notice, and the order is not issued, along the way it turns out that they just started cooking and you wait for another 7 minutes, fine, no one apologized and said nothing, just stand and wait, if you're not in a hurry, then welcome, I'll describe the taste later, it's a shame to stand in fast food after work, hungry for 20 minutes waiting when it was "ready" in 5 minutes, I hope at least someone from the management will explain that when the order is ready, the visitor should just pick up the food and leave, and not wait until the cashier allegedly does not see and pulls time. Not with my foot anymore, at least not in this branch, and yes, it smells very strongly of insecticide against cockroaches, already dizzy, poorly ventilated. Order 252 from 03.10.23 at about 21:20.
