Orsha Central Station made a good impression on me. It is a convenient and functional transport hub that is easy to find and use. The station building is clean and well maintained, with fairly spacious waiting rooms. The staff is polite and ready to help passengers. There are several cafes and kiosks where you can have a snack or buy the necessary little things for the road. The presence of information boards and signs makes navigation around the station simple and understandable. Overall, the trip through Orsha was comfortable and enjoyable!

The railway station in Orel and in Moscow (Belorussky) were built by the same architect. Beautiful and majestic. The station is a hub, has direct directions to cities in Russia, Belarus, and Europe. The railway station itself is the architecture of the Soviet era, but the new renovation, 2022, refreshed both the exterior and interior. In the entrance hall there are regional ticket offices, a bank branch (currency exchange, ATM), a pharmacy and a coffee shop.
Going deep into the building with a beautiful finish, and very high ceilings, you will come across a toilet (paid), restrooms, interregional ticket offices, buffets.
And of course, at the very end you will find a waiting room, buffets, there are even slot machines and coffee, with fresh pastries and food (there are certainly not enough places there, but the food is always delicious)
Smoking is prohibited at the station itself, but there is a specially designated area in front of the main entrance. There are parking spaces near the railway station (free, but not guarded). It is also convenient that the bus station is located 100-120 meters from the railway.
