The station is small, but cozy enough. There are enough seats in the waiting room, it is possible to charge your phone, have a snack, drink coffee. The toilet is clean, paid. Next to the station there is a square, in which there is a monument to K. Zaslonov and a steam locomotive, in honor of the people rebuilding the city after the Second World War. The only thing that upset me was that I had to cross the stairs from platform to platform.

Orsha Central Station made a good impression on me. It is a convenient and functional transport hub that is easy to find and use. The station building is clean and well maintained, with fairly spacious waiting rooms. The staff is polite and ready to help passengers. There are several cafes and kiosks where you can have a snack or buy the necessary little things for the road. The presence of information boards and signs makes navigation around the station simple and understandable. Overall, the trip through Orsha was comfortable and enjoyable!

A very comfortable train station! Always clean, well maintained. A waiting room with very comfortable seats. A large board with information about incoming trains. They announce it very clearly and legibly by voice message. The toilet is clean. There are several places where you can have a delicious meal before or after the road. Polite service in the buffets. I have been traveling through this train station for more than 30 years and I believe that this is my favorite train station, which always welcomes me hospitably on my travels. There is a coffee place where natural coffee is brewed, near the pharmacy. The pharmacy, by the way, also works, the choice is optimal. The toilets are clean, with potted fresh flowers on the windowsill, there is paper, hand dryers are working, you can wash and change clothes. Toilets are paid-1 bel.ruble, payment in cash only!

The railway station in Orel and in Moscow (Belorussky) were built by the same architect. Beautiful and majestic. The station is a hub, has direct directions to cities in Russia, Belarus, and Europe. There is a 24-hour luggage storage, a grocery store, a cafe, a coffee shop. There is a pharmacy, a currency exchange office. Rest rooms are very helpful to passengers, they can be rented for a day or for 12 hours. The people at the station work beautifully: smart, beautiful, they will help, they will prompt. A police squad is walking around, they also answer passengers' questions. Trains have been standing here for a relatively long time, people get on the platform, but it is always clean here. The station itself is dark, not very clean, and it is unpleasant to be in this place. But you can easily find a taxi. Taxi drivers stand in the parking lot almost around the clock and offer a ride. As a rule, the price does not differ much from the application, so there is no point in haggling.

The railway station itself is the architecture of the Soviet era, but the new renovation, 2022, refreshed both the exterior and interior. In the entrance hall there are regional ticket offices, a bank branch (currency exchange, ATM), a pharmacy and a coffee shop.
Going deep into the building with a beautiful finish, and very high ceilings, you will come across a toilet (paid), restrooms, interregional ticket offices, buffets.
And of course, at the very end you will find a waiting room, buffets, there are even slot machines and coffee, with fresh pastries and food (there are certainly not enough places there, but the food is always delicious)
Smoking is prohibited at the station itself, but there is a specially designated area in front of the main entrance. There are parking spaces near the railway station (free, but not guarded). It is also convenient that the bus station is located 100-120 meters from the railway.
