I did not expect that the station is normal!! There is also a hotel there and a rest room!! You can relax there, the payment is hourly, I even slept there) and also, the staff is super!! Everyone is very kind))
A beautiful, renovated, modern building. It is divided into the northern "C" and southern "Y" sides. Inside there is a coffee island and a buffet.
Nearby there is a large semi-empty (17.40) Parking lot.
Nice beautiful train station. It slightly resembles the old Minsk railway station (for those who have seen it) both inside and out.
The swallow to Moscow stops exactly opposite the station (and not where the "first carriage stops"), which leads to misunderstandings: where to wait for your carriage, and it was possible to mark on the platform where which wagon will stand. This is important, because the train costs 1 minute.
The EP from Minsk arrives on 08.13 (7 minutes before the departure of the Swallow) from the South side, the Swallow from the North.
Those who want to catch the Swallow will have time to hurry up, and it is better to get out of the car at the back.
In principle, a train station is like a train station! There is a currency exchange, ATM, information kiosk, coffee shop, shops! But the prices in these stores are cosmic! Otherwise, there are no complaints!
Beautiful, clean, convenient Parking, friendly cashier at the ticket offices) the disadvantage is that everything is somehow Soviet... It's time to modernize the station inside
The train station is like a train station, nothing unusual, only garbage is scattered everywhere

An ordinary station in an average city, clean and tidy. The dining room is 500 meters away. The first time you get to the train station, it will be difficult to understand what is where and from where. Otherwise, nothing surprising.
Very beautiful. However, local sellers are not very aware of the current exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to the Russian one. (Internet is not an option because international roaming is expensive)
Trains to all directions of the world 😊 convenient waiting room. A good buffet with low prices and loud Soviet sellers. Separate suburban ticket offices and intercity ticket offices.
Everything is fine, they announce it clearly, in three languages: Russian, Belarusian, English. There are self-service ticket offices. The parking lot is large. A huge bridge over the railway.
Well done! There is no rudeness, dirt, homeless people, ill-mannered migrants. The building is well maintained, clean, tidy. The employees are friendly, responsive, professional in their places. No intrusive searches, the police ensure security without dominating passengers. There is no unnecessary advertising, everything is on the case. There is something that Russian Railways is learning.
On October 17-20, we stayed at the Orsha Hotel. The service corresponds to the payment per day. The staff is polite. I would especially like to mention the Gourmet cafe, which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. For reasonable money, you can have a hearty and tasty meal. The cafe staff is polite and helpful, as well as the chef who serves ice cream with pineapples and Cherries!!!
The station was built before the revolution. It has recently been renovated, it looks great

A beautiful old building. There is everything that passengers need: catering facilities, a toilet room, a waiting room, ticket offices and a timetable for railway transport. Everything is clean and cultured.
Everything is fine, it's just that the building itself is old and the staff is friendly and everything will be prompted and explained intelligibly just super.
Despite the fact that the city of Orsha is very small, the station is one of the attractions of the city!!! The building is beautiful and comfortable, in every way!) You can eat in the building, it's quite tasty...and rest if the transplant is not soon.... You can even walk around the station building!) I recommend. The station staff will help, advise and explain everything patiently)
Quickly buy a ticket here, there are almost no queues, there is a place to eat or drink coffee, there is also a pharmacy and an exchange office, a rather pleasant place.
a normal train station. The signs indicating the "north" and "south" sides could have been bigger. As usual, it is difficult to make out what the employee is saying over the loudspeaker system.
An ordinary Belorussky railway station.
I was very upset by the lack of an adequate cafe/bistro place where you can have a snack. Several stalls with pies a la the USSR do not solve at all.
And, of course, paid!!! The toilet, in 2022, is a level...
