I stayed at this hotel in September 2024. I liked the hotel! Everything was clean, friendly staff, there are Russian speakers. The hotel had good evening entertainment, discos with live music. Morning and afternoon- a variety of activities. A 24-hour bar with a wide selection of drinks. The spa and gym are at a good level.
Free wi-fi, which even worked on the beach. A large selection of food.

Orange County Belek is a hotel that leaves contradictory impressions. We stayed at this hotel with a company on October 13-20, my husband and I, friends with a 3-year-old child and a friend's mother. We really enjoyed our vacation, many people write about the small territory, but we are tired of walking around it 😁 on the territory of 5 bars, on the pier, on the beach, in the disco area, where the amphitheater and lobby. The alcohol is all local, but of good quality, for a week we drank from alcohol: whiskey cola, blue lagoon, mojito, pinocolada, tequila, Long Island and beer. Used: mojito, strawberry milkshake. In the lobby in the coffee corner, try the coffee in the turk, very tasty.
In the kitchen: there is not much choice, but all the food is very tasty, especially where they cook near the pools. The breakfasts are really boring, porridges, cereals, toasts, all kinds of fried eggs, Viennese waffles, pancakes, pancakes, there were not enough sweets for breakfast.
Burgers, onion rings, French fries, pizza, ice cream, tortillas are also prepared on site.
The rooms are spacious, lived on the 1st floor, the balcony overlooked the right side of the hotel from the sea, where the sun rises, quiet, calm. They cleaned very well every day, the mini bar was replenished every day: 2 pepsi, 2 mirinds, 2 juices, 2 water with gas, 2 water without gas.
They also write that there is nothing for young people to do here, but I think it all depends on the company, it was great for us, despite the fact that we are 25-35 years old.

The beach is clean, it is also constantly cleaned, there were enough sun beds for everyone, despite the fact that the hotel was completely full.
Nearby there is a shok store, markets, 10 minutes walk to migros.
The staff at the hotel is just super, everyone is kind, smiling, treated the problem, a lot of mosquitoes flew into the room, the problem was solved on the same day. There is also a sauna and a hammam for free, but we did not go there

I stayed in hotels from 07.10.-14.10. I really liked it. The territory is not large , but it is very cozy .The staff is polite and helpful. Very clean. The kitchen is good, there is a large selection of dishes, between breakfasts and lunches a variety of snacks, ice cream. For children : children's pools with slides, playgrounds with swings, slides. Our family is in Turkey for the first time. We really liked the hotel, it is compact, but there is enough of everything. One pool is 35 cm for the very little ones, the other is 40 cm for the todler with a wonderful aqua playground, and for adults, by the way, it also has aquagorks.
I would like to express my gratitude to the chefs. We ate our fill every day, it's just impossible to stop and not eat. Excellent cakes, a very tasty grill, various simple without frills, but seafood. Delicious vegetables and greens. Quite simple fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, sour nectarines). But it may not be the season yet (May 2024). I understand that not all restaurants are still open, because the season has not quite begun yet.
Local alcohol is questionable.
I liked the beach, there are enough hammocks by the sea, and by the pool, especially for children with tight places, you have to come strongly in advance to take a place, otherwise everything is occupied all day, just towels are left and no one comes taking up space.
I would like to mention the work of children's animators Eliz, Indira, Nurkyz, for warm communication with children, various programs, evening discos for kids, modeling from plasticine play do, drawing, contests, archery, weaving bracelets and beads from beads and much more. The creative works of the little ones were allowed to take with them, my daughter was delighted with this. It's cool that you can leave a baby over 4 years old until 12, like, for a while and go about your business, and be calm that the baby will be supervised.
Among the wishes to update children's furniture, a playground on the street, a very large three-story maze, and there is nothing to do in it. It's just that 3 slides and then two went out of order in one day. Quality toys only for kids, maybe a trampoline? Is the hammock like a spider's web? Some kind of climbing wall?
The hotel is decent, the rooms are small, but everything you need is present. The mini-bar is replenished, the rooms are cleaned, we have a side view of the bushes, but this is for the best, because this view will be uncomfortable because of the disco.
In general, we are satisfied for the first trip, Turkey has "entered" and we will come again.

We had an incredible time at the Orange County Belek Hotel. The perfect location by the sea, and the variety of entertainment entertained everyone. From the pools and the water park to the evening shows, there was always something to do.
Animator Sofia was fantastic, she made sure that the children were delighted with their fun activities and infectious energy. Our room was spacious and clean.

The service is good, I rested for 9 days, at a price not expensive for 5 stars, but in fact, if you really appreciate everything, this is a 3-star hotel, everywhere is clean, the pool is clean every day, the beach is not very, half sandy, stones are everywhere close to the sea. They don't clean up the garbage, it was dirty near the shore after the storm.
The food is just terrible, the same thing every day, the taste is disgusting, they cook so that the guests do not die of hunger.
The cleaning of the room is not bad, they took my own towel once and did not return it.
It's a nightmare to relax with children, children will be bored, their kindergarten works until 12 at night, but there's nothing for them to play boredom.
They have an agreement with the Best company. Which makes a transfer from the hotel to the airport. So there's a guy Mukhammadali who can offer tours of Antalya, what he says and what is actually happening is a heaven and earth tour. He's lying about tours. Don't believe him.
In the end, I forgot my item in the closet, they promised to send it by mail and never sent it, the sea is good, but the staff is being deceived. That's why I'm not happy with this place.

We had a family vacation with three children in the middle of August, the rest is excellent. The room is spacious, clean and bed linen, and a bathroom. The cleaning is excellent, (once I asked to clean a little earlier than usual, it was immediately done). The food is good, there were about 20 new dishes every day, from
red fish steaks and sushi, to beef tongue and lamb and mutton. Even my extremely fastidious children found many dishes for themselves: three types of pancakes, French fries, onion rings, burgers, spaghetti, fruits. The pools and slides are super.
But most of all, the attitude of the staff was filled, all the issues that arose were resolved instantly.
Separately, I want to highlight the animator Sofia, who found an approach to everyone and conducted her classes perfectly.
Reception in the person of Nihat, the person who helped to check in at 2 a.m., and most importantly, helped to extend the room before the transfer, taking into account the heavy workload of the hotel.
Lifeguard special thanks to you for the order in the children's water park and help with children riding on the slides.
And of course the bartenders, especially the cool bar, near the pool, I can make a mistake in the correctness of the name, but his colleagues called him Janik. My wife and I will remember your cocktails for a very long time, just the best bartender I've ever met.

We stayed at this hotel in early November 2024
The hotel is clearly not 5*, the website says the pool in May and November is heated outside, in fact - no, the heated one started working inside, but there are a lot of children there, it is impossible to swim. There is one elevator for each building, and you will walk, especially during the season. The food is monotonous, not bad, you will not stay hungry.
After dinner, there is nowhere to sit, because all the places near the bar are occupied by locals (95% of them in the hotel). There is always a queue of 20 people for coffee and at the bar, and there are also huge queues in the dining room. There are not enough staff and they are working very slowly. Only one manager, or the main manager, tries. But he's alone and he doesn't have time everywhere. There are always a lot of people in the spa and baths. The territory is very small, there are a lot of children. Dirty dishes in bars, they seem to be washed, but traces of past cocktails are not washed in the dishwasher)
The beach is good, there are plenty of sun beds. Seats are taken at the pier in the morning. By the way, the pier was dismantled on November 11 this season, which is quite late, thanks for that.
The water is running in the bathroom, the air conditioner is not working in the room, apparently, it is turned off in the off-season (it is central). The pillows are not comfortable, they are very high (a life hack - they changed the pillowcase into single, decorative ones, it became much better) and there are no blankets, instead there is a bedspread, I had to ask for duvet covers separately. Some rooms have blankets in the closet, but we didn't have any. Bathrobes are provided on request.
The rooms are small, all the same, except for family rooms and differ only in the view. My friends paid extra for an extra bed, it didn't make sense, because all rooms have one double and one single bed. There is no kettle or tea accessories, but a kettle was brought upon request. There are no glasses either) that is, if you do not want to drink bottled drinks from the mini-bar, you need to bring glasses from the bar, but the cleaner takes them away) and so every day) The mini-bar is replenished with used drinks every day. I do not recommend the hotel to couples without children; but also with children - there are a lot of them here, it is not always comfortable. When leaving, they remove the bracelet and give another one (without access to alcohol)

We rested for the May holidays of 2023. The main advantage for me is the beach, A good entrance from the shore along the sand, there are small pebbles, but not much. But even better is the pantone beach with a large number of tents, each of which, like a large double bed, has sun beds with a mattress that takes the shape of a body. This is a real paradise. There were very few people, and all the time you could find a lot of free tents. They didn't need to be booked, they were absolutely free. The rooms are new, very clean. The bed linen was changed every other day - snow-white! We were constantly decorated with flower petals and towel figures on our bed. Bathrobes and toothpaste were brought on request. They constantly asked what was missing, and immediately reacted. The management is very friendly, the staff tries their best. If you ask the staff for help, they are very responsive.
The food is varied, fish, meat, vegetables, you can always choose something else, try something new. You can see that they put their heart into it when they serve, greet, observe what they like.
The animation is normal, without any special charms, but there were funny moments. I especially liked the daytime foam disco by the pool. Just great!
Not all bartenders know how to make cocktails. But then you already know who to approach to make it delicious.
The audience is diverse. There are very few Russians. But there are many Russian speakers from the former Soviet republics. A lot of locals choose a hotel for the weekend. Apparently, the pricing policy attracts.
Of the cons: a small area, and it's not really Belek, it's the village behind it. So there are no more trees with luxurious crowns, like in Belek hotels. There is not much place to walk outside the territory, there are no picturesque beauties. And for me personally, it's hard to stand flavorings. It is very difficult for allergy sufferers. There is not even a single fragrance-free public area in the hotel. There was a day when it was stormy, I had to be in the lounge area in the evening, there was nowhere to hide with my allergies, I had to give up everyone's fun and go to the room.
But! Excellent price-quality ratio.

The conduits work perfectly in the room, corridors and all other rooms. The menu is extensive, for every taste. The territory is normal, the beach is wide, the pier is cultural, security is watching. Cleaning is done regularly, there were no problems with the staff. The room was on the quiet side, I was happy with everything.

Even 3 stars is an overestimate! The territory is small, the staff is like beeches..We were convinced both by ourselves and by other visitors. The staff at the reception respond to uncomfortable questions with sarcasm. An elderly man asked why the pools were not open in the evening? In response, he was told: swim in the sea, at your age it is useful. The whole queue was stunned by the answer. D-friendliness) The waitress on the pier is heartbroken as if they didn't see her smiling. We ordered a tour through the travelat website. As a result, they don't have any Maps. The restaurant is very loud, in fact a dining room. It's dirty, there's leftovers on the floor, and it doesn't matter what time you came in at 7:30 or 14:30. The buffet is terrible, the same dishes are served every day, there is nothing to choose from. There are no pancakes for breakfast, Turkish omelet- the chips of all hotels are also missing, porridge is one name. They don't know how to make waffles, everything is burnt. No exotic dishes, in fan san, for example, crayfish and shrimp were offered at the same time, in dobedan in March there were rolls and various dishes throughout the rest. During the meal, the staff in blue gloves walks around the dining room and cleans the tables. Silently, they collect the plates, without asking if you have finished eating. It doesn't look appetizing.Russian russians are practically absent here, the staff does not understand Russian. There were sad employees at the bar, there was no desire to go there. The cocktails are not delicious. There's nowhere to go in the evening. An evening concert where the presenter speaks Turkish, translates into German, well, that's enough, he will say from Russian: good evening. There are almost no songs in Russian. There is no customer orientation. There is little space, the sun beds by the pool are occupied with towels from morning to morning. Slides for children are a fear. Stoned sun and giraffe don't know how to pull money, they put cars for children, vending machines and popcorn. 10 bucks a token for one game. Seriously?? Before that, we rested in dobedan, where popcorn was offered to everyone. And there it's not 5*, but all 10 compared to what's here. The pool bar is a laugh. The tables and chairs are red leather, like in the eateries on the highway. From the positive - the warm sea. On the pier, the cleaning is not of high quality, the glasses are almost not cleaned during the day. There is a bad approach to the right of the pier. The room is cleaned every day, but the adhesive plaster on the shower hung with us from previous vacationers until the end of the holiday. They didn't clean it themselves because it was interesting if the staff would see this masterpiece)) Condey was just living his life. I wanted to switch off. It costs 24 tempos, blows like 15. You bet on 15, nothing changes. This hotel is not 5, not even 4*, we will never come here again and we will not advise others. Perhaps we have something to compare it with, but from the third hotel, this one is the most disgusting from the first to the last day. As a result, there was a disgusting transfer from the hotel 5 hours before departure.
