We had a rest at the end of October. In general, the hotel is not bad, the staff is helpful, the sea is clean. I didn't like the cleaning in the rooms because there is practically no cleaning, they change the trash and make the beds. In this room, apparently from former guests, the balcony was dirty with tufts of hair on the floor, I went for 3 days talking about cleaning at least on the balcony, eventually they came with a rag waved well, thanks for that, there was also a problem with bed linen with a change, until they took it off themselves, they did not throw it on the floor Apparently they weren't going to. A lot of local families come on weekends, there were not enough places in the dining room and dishes. They had the closing of the season on November 2, on the 25th they began to remove the awnings over the sun loungers, it's not true everywhere, but since other locals arrived, there were not enough places on the beach in the shade, it's good that there were lovers of sunbathing, and so it's not pleasant to sit in the sun for half a day at 30 degrees

We had a family vacation, we really liked the hotel, clean spacious rooms, good cleaning, furniture, of course, tired, but the style is sustained. The food is very varied and everything is very tasty. The animation is very gorgeous. The sea is transparent with different entrances:a gentle, sandy beach, with small pebbles, deep for jumping from the pier. There is a customer service department that will solve any of your questions in a short time. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

We have been staying at this hotel for three years in a row. Frankly, this is not a five-star hotel. But there is a very good children's playroom that pays for everything! They are really engaged in children! A large space with a sandbox, a moon park, and an aquagrim. Stunning views from the room, a comfortable sandy beach for children and a beautiful pier for adults. Good hookahs, beer and delicious food. Everything in the restaurant is very poorly thought out and there are no concepts of ergonomics and service, but all the food is delicious and the coffee is too. There is always something that children love and several types of meat and fish. There is nothing unusual or outright refined, but in 10 days I didn't get tired of anything, there was always an assortment. A great snack bar with a wonderful shawarma. In general, I love this hotel, we book everything on our own and there are never any problems. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Delicious hookah, fun discos. In general, the children are happy, and so are the parents. Special thanks to the kids club team!

We arrived at this hotel on 04/29/24 for ten nights. On the plus side, there are few people for the first two days, a lot of free sun beds, there is a sandy entrance to the sea, the spa is excellent. That's all.
I do not recommend going to this hotel and I will never come myself, as the service is terrible, the staff barely moves. The season has not started yet and they are already tired of it is not clear what. Pajamas are missing from the room. There was no compensation. Neither moral nor physical. The room is very noisy, it is impossible to sleep because of the road. All the dishes are dirty, the glasses are stained, all the windows and balconies are dirty — this is how they prepared for the season. Sun beds without mattresses, half of the bars and restaurants did not work, they started working only in May. There are three managers in the bar, and the queues are still kilometers long. Barely mediocre. There was no meat at all for the first three days. I was very disappointed with this hotel for such a lot of money.

When we refused this number, she abruptly stopped understanding Russian, although she had previously communicated perfectly in it. The towels and bed linen in the rooms are tired. We rested for 8 days in May, we liked everything, the food was excellent, a large selection of dishes, excellent desserts, but we did not like fruits at all, there were only apples, oak pears and oranges, the room was not cleaned every day, towels were changed every other day, there were queues for drinks

The hotel is large , but there is no greenery at all , the pool and the sea , the food is varied , the restaurant is on the 2nd floor , the movement in the elevator is mainly . -1 service , rude staff , oriented towards Turks , there is no attention or respect for Russians . The beach is great. I liked it. A sandy beach, for children the most important thing, a smooth entry into the sea, you can swim long distances to the pier and back. I also wanted to cancel the pier, I also liked it, you can jump into the water from any side. The water in the sea is clean and transparent, but apart from the bottom there is nothing to see, unfortunately there are no fish in sight.

The hotel is wonderful. Everything is clean, neat, beautiful, comfortable and tidy. The staff is polite. The kitchen is a delight. A huge selection of meat, grilled, fish, sweets, pastries, vegetables, fruits, sauces, spices. It's crazy. Honey is served in honeycombs on huge trays. Chinese, Italian, Japanese cuisine. +10 kg of lipid is provided to you. Pools, slides, pier, evening program, animation are all at a high level👍 The emotions from this hotel are extremely positive. I recommend it to anyone who wants to remember their vacation.

Despite the small territory, everything is organized competently. And take a room only with a sea view. The road on the other side is very close.

The hotel is average, 3-4 stars, there is practically no territory, the density of vacationers is simply too much . Get ready for queues for food and tables. If you are ready for this, then this is your hotel. I'm not going there anymore. There are not enough staff. But the sea is great - this is a plus.

Nice hotel. Everything is so thoughtful and convenient that I did not want to leave. The only thing that upset me was checking into the room. We arrived at 08:00 and got to the room only at 17:00. We were strongly advised to change the room category, we were already shaky, we did not sleep at night. And we weren't the only ones like that! As soon as people paid $70, they were immediately settled. This is a very unpleasant situation!
