I will never visit this travel agency again. Let me briefly explain in a nutshell, clients with a huge budget are treated kindly and affably. But when I named the estimated cost of the trip (which was given to me by another travel agency), they began to communicate so disgustingly, saying how sad everything was, etc. That they need to spend a lot of time to fit this budget and in general promised to throw off a selection, which in the end no one did. As a result, we fly on vacation through another travel agency. And you didn't even have to come in here, it was just a waste of time. If you have nowhere to spend money and you are ready to overpay, then you are here.

It was 2.09.23, we went to find out the prices for a certain hotel. She said the departure days, the direction, asked for the cost of Tours, heard the answer "we have the cost as in all travel agencies," I said that prices vary everywhere, since we were in a couple of agencies, and here they answer "WE DO NOT WORK with TOURISTS who go to different agencies." My husband and I were just in shock, got up and left. WE WERE SCOLDED FOR coming to your agency! How is that?) If you want to ruin your vacation without leaving, go here)

If you want an adequate vacation for an adequate price, then you definitely are not here. They look at you purely as a bag of money and nothing else. The customer orientation is terrible
