A very nice, compact hotel.
Nice rooms.
Quite spacious.
Table, chairs, sofa.
I liked.
We had a view of Ararat from the window and on the first day it was even visible.
It's a haze, but it's still visible.
Room cleaning every day.
Replenishment of gels and shampoos too.
The breakfasts are normal, the choice of dishes is small, but everything is very tasty.
You definitely won't stay hungry)
In general, I strongly recommend this hotel.

Good location. A new building. 4 rooms per floor. Windows facing Baghramyan Avenue (noisy) or the city (great view). Polite staff. They speak excellent Russian. A cozy, clean room for two. Small kitchen, refrigerator, compliment upon check-in. Daily cleaning service. Bathroom accessories. Delicious breakfast. Honest European three stars!

I really liked the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, excellent mattress, pillow and all bedding. There's nothing to find fault with. Tomorrow is a buffet, not too extensive but delicious. Everything that was necessary. The location is not bad. There are convenience stores and a pharmacy nearby. But the cafe is about a 25 - 30 minute walk away.

Very attentive, friendly staff, all issues are resolved quickly, excellent, delicious and varied breakfasts. Convenient location, relatively close to the metro station, close to the necessary shops. The room is clean, has everything you need, cleaning every day. We were with my wife in October, we really liked it, if we manage to be in Yerevan, we will stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel with the whole family in February 2024. 2 adults + 1 child 6 years old. I really liked the hotel. New, clean, cozy, the room has a kitchen with everything you need. A gorgeous bed and soft pillows with a blanket))) The room is large and very comfortable. The child has a separate sofa. Breakfast is meager, but there is something to eat. The only thing was that the child did not have enough porridge in the morning: oatmeal, rice. But in general, it is normal. The hotel is perfectly located: 10 minutes by taxi to the center of Yerevan, near the hypermarket 24 hours SAS - it has everything and even more + there is a currency exchange. We really, really liked the hotel. It's a good European level (by the way, the room cleaning is perfect - special thanks to the friendly maids) We recommend it to everyone! The perfect price+quality+comfort+location ratio! Orbeli van love!)

The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are quite fresh, but even in the non-smoking room there is a smell of tobacco. The room has a mountain view, I didn't notice it on the first day because the visibility was poor, but the rest of the days you can see Ararat perfectly.
The breakfasts are not very plentiful, but you can eat, the main thing is to arrive before the Filipinos)

Great! The room was spacious with a kitchen, a comfortable bed, cleaning every day. I liked the breakfast. The staff is friendly. Magnificent view of Ararat! The Cascade is a 30-minute walk away. The metro is 10 minutes away. There are many shops and banks near the hotel. I will be happy to stay at Orbeli next time.

We stayed at the hotel during the New Year holidays in 2023, the most adequate hotel in terms of price = quality.
The location is convenient, the hotel is clean, the room is cleaned daily.
I was pleased with the small kitchen in the room with dishes, microwave, kettle 👍🏼
We settled in after 23:00 without any problems.
Metro, shops, bus stop within walking distance.
A sweet talkative female receptionist offered coffee at no extra cost.
Cons: noisy ventilation in the bathroom, meager, sometimes cold breakfasts (but generally enough), only instant coffee (there is not enough coffee machine), it was very cold in the room (there is no heating, heated by a split system for heating), 2 beds that were constantly moving apart, although they booked one large one.

The hotel is small and cozy. The rooms are the same small and with a small balcony, but everything you need is presented. Incredibly pleased with the presence of a kitchen sink, appliances, plates and a microwave in the room. Special praise is due to the service: the receptionists are polite and smiling, the maids are very tactful (the flowers that we put in an improvised vase from a wine glass were rearranged the next day into a normal one without separate treatment). Breakfast at the hotel is made from local products: salads, cheese and sausage cuts, vegetables, fruits, baked eggplant and zucchini, lots of sweets. It is also important that there is a toaster, you can make yourself a hot toast. When asked at the reception about an early breakfast (we left for an excursion at 7.30), I was promised lunch boxes for two, this is not how I imagined them... I was given a whole bag of bread, sliced, yoghurts... There are so many things that you can eat all day. In general, I liked the hotel very much, I will rest in Armenia again, I will probably book a room here

Nice hotel! Clean, clean bed linen, you can leave the air conditioner on (very important in hot or cold weather).
The breakfasts are meager, but you can always choose something. 20 minutes walk to the cascade, there is no noise and a thin number of cars as in the center, the view from the window was on Ararat. Very affordable, I definitely recommend it.

wonderful hotel, service. if you suddenly go to Yerevan to take the TOEFL exam, then this is a great option, because there is a foreign language center across the street from the hotel where you can take the exam. The hotel is at the highest level for its segment!
The location is perfect! The hotel is located at the very end of the main street. You end your walk through the center of the hotel threshold. Go the other way, there's a beautiful local area. The metro is nearby.
The service should also be noted separately. I have met such a rosy reception few places. They are very responsive to any requests.
It's clear! Cozy! The presence of a kitchen in the room is unobtrusive, but it may be useful to someone.
I recommend it! To finish the bathroom a little bit and it is quite possible to estimate it at 4 *.

A nice, cozy and small hotel. Clean, the maids try and clean up conscientiously. The location is convenient, and you can walk to the center in 25 minutes. The staff at the reception will always prompt and help with any problem. There are buffet-style breakfasts, modestly, but there is enough to have a snack. We liked it, we will definitely stop again upon arrival in Yerevan.

We had a rest in Yerevan for a week, from 08.07. we stayed in Orbeli and did not regret it!
The staff is very hospitable, as is the whole of Armenia. Clean, cozy,comfortable within walking distance of the center, near the metro.
The means of communication are working steadily.

A normal guest house is a 15-minute walk from the very center. Friendly and unobtrusive staff. Good-quality rooms in a calm non-Armenian normal design. A standard Swedish woman. There is a conday. Beautiful interior, friendly staff, Wi-fi, TV, silence in the room, despite the fact that Baghramyan Avenue is quite busy outside the window. The room is compact, but has everything you need, a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, dishes. Room cleaning is regular, they don't bother you in vain. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is good, the bed linen is clean. The breakfast buffet is very tasty, there is not a large selection of dishes, but you will not stay hungry. When I arrive in Yerevan again, I will only stay here. Thank you for your hospitality ❤

The kitchen also left only positive emotions, it was delicious and even allowed to eat, despite the fact that we were late. The rooms are clean and spacious. The cleaning is a little strange, it seemed that they just made the bed, changed the bins and left. Towels don't seem to be changed and the floors are also a little dusty after 5 days

We were unlucky, the windows of our room faced a busy street, it was impossible to fall asleep, it was very noisy.
There is a gap under the door to the room - everything that happens in the corridor (and there are no carpets on the floor) can be heard in the room. Also, at night, light will shine from this slit - it is just visible from the bed
