The reception staff is as unfriendly as possible. The check-in process looks something like this - you come to the counter, a guy calls with a kind of big favor (because there is no guest wifi at the reception) to the owner of your flat, and after confirmation by phone about the check-in, he issues a card from the room. He's not interested in you anymore. The reception is not ready to solve any problems with the room and check-in, all further communication is only with the owner.
Elevators - unlike other orbi skyscrapers, they are not overloaded here yet, they have never waited more than 5 minutes (August).
The rooms are very economical. The level of an ordinary good hostel, only in a high-rise building. There is rust and calcination on the plumbing (perhaps this is a question for the hostess of our particular flat, I do not know).
Periodically, the entire floor and the room smelled of sewage.
You can hear the road perfectly from the windows at night, and considering that it is straight, and there is an airport nearby, local under-street racers with growling engines are very fond of driving along it. By the way, there are NO planes, the only discomfort is from boomers and motorcycles.
There is practically no walking infrastructure around (sidewalks are dead or missing, roads are dug up by construction sites and parked with abandoned wheelbarrows).
There is actually no parking near the orbi itself, even the taxi driver has nowhere to stay there.
Plus, all this has only one thing - a beautiful panoramic view of the sea (if you got a view room) It is not blocked by any other high-rise buildings.
By the way, the water within the entire beach was filled with dirty foam every day, we always went swimming to other places.
