Nothing good except the devices themselves. Lots of people, not enough elevators. There are no slippers, toilet paper, toothbrushes, soap, shampoos in the room.
Of the 6 elevators, 4 are working, the queue for the elevator is stable for about 20-50 minutes. They promised parking, there is none. The staff is rude and not very responsible, they got the keys mixed up.
Summer 2023, part of the complex is still under construction, part is already in operation, due to the construction around the complex there are traffic restrictions, it is difficult to find parking. Everything is still new inside, living conditions meet expectations, but there are a lot of residents, queues for elevators on the ground floor are possible (only 2 points of 6 elevators, 12 elevators in total) on the floor of at least 70 apartments, in one building more than 40 floors. The complex is located close to the sea, most of the rooms have excellent sea views
The room is dirty, there is no cleaning. The front door to the room is made of cardboard, you can hear everything that happens in the hall. The Wi-Fi speed is very weak, videos and photos load poorly.
the most adequate housing due to its novelty. there is an adequate entrance to the building, unlike C and A, the hall really looks like a decent place (if you didn't know, Orbi City claims to be a five-star apartment hotel).AN INTERESTING FEATURE. No matter what floor you live on, you need to press one more button on the panel in the elevator. Whoever lived in the orbit does not laugh in the circus.
I liked the apartments, we rented a two-room room with a kitchenette on the 33rd floor, the sea view is impressive and the elevators are impressive too, everything is clean, everything is super
Like the whole Orbi, these are apartments that are designed for people who are ready to live without claustrophobia)
A crowd, a bunch of clingers, just a dorm, but with a show-off🫶🏻
A new block, a good reception, the room is clean, there are all accessories, a beautiful view of the sea from the windows, thin walls, everything is audible, a construction site is nearby. not all elevators work
Great hotel. Clean, bright, good sound insulation. From the window there is a view of the embankment. There is a bus stop nearby. The old town is a 10-minute walk away.
The devices themselves are OK, but the elevators and lobby, you will not wait for the elevator during rush hour, and after waiting, you will not be able to leave, because it will be overloaded
There are endless queues in the elevator, the room is not cleaned. The hose in the shower broke, the problem was reported, no one did anything.
The only plus is the view from the window

Who writes that there is sound insulation? Don't mislead people. The audibility is just terrible! Small, cramped balconies with a small partition, from which you can see the neighbors' bed and everything that can lie on it, if they speak a little louder in the room, or talk on the balcony, even numbers three or four from you - everything is audible! Every word! If you do not smoke, then you have an unpleasant surprise - in the form of constant smoke in your room, neighbors smoke on the balcony - you have all the smoke. The construction site is constantly nearby, the noise from it and not only! Sunset Cafe rumbles until 02.00 at night!!! Stadiums newly built - they make noise.
Elevators!!! Of the 6 pieces, only 4 are included on 46 floors!!!! The administration does not respond to the request to connect more! The queues are huge for the ascent and descent. The elevators are stuck.
Horror, horror. In any case, do not make contact for accommodation for a year, you will run away and leave the second month paid, you will lose money.
It's just an anthill. Long wait for the elevator. There is a construction site above and around, a nightclub nearby, it is simply impossible to sleep until 2.
We rested in early August, the first building is something, there is a constant collapse at the entrance, a bunch of cars are standing in 3 rows, there is no parking, everything is filled with cars everywhere, we go on and run into huge queues for elevators, we have to wait 10-15 minutes to get to our floor, in general, the logic of elevators is unclear, it is still he will not get up to the last floor even when there are no people coming down, they went up to their floor and then the trouble is frequent problems with the card, getting into the apartment is a whole problem, I thought only we have a problem but no, this is common, you need to go down to the reception and activate the card, and for this you need to go down, and here we recall the problem with elevators and add 30 minutes of time spent
Conclusion: we will never consider this shortness of life again
We lived for a week from June 22 to 28, 2023, the room is clean, new, the bed is very comfortable. All the equipment works perfectly. Thanks for the lovely room! We lived on the 43rd floor
Everything is fine, but customer orientation is completely absent at the reception, as well as at the owners of the apartments. We only paid in cash. Which raises questions. The building has not been put into operation. The upper floors are still being built. We lived on the 33rd floor, and above the 50th floor there is a construction site. Sometimes all elevators are turned off. Stormwater drainage and sewerage do not cope with rain in principle. Everything is floating near the entrance to the apartment :)
The price corresponds to the quality. There is a washing machine, stove, refrigerator in the room. Those who are afraid of heights, ask for a floor below. We had 34- it's really very scary for the first couple of days)
The sea is very close, the houses are on the first line.
Minus one: if you leave the room during rush hour, you can take the elevator down from 10 minutes) get out early, come back later)
Everything is fine in the picture. In reality, the sewer flowed through the top, there are no sidewalks, there are no parking lots. I don't understand the joy of such a holiday. It is better not to swim near the sea. For those who have something to compare, you definitely do not need to go
The complex is still under construction. In general, the idea is not bad, but there are nuances. For example, audibility. You can hear everyone walking down the corridor, laughing on the next balcony, music from the embankment. If you are a light sleeper, then do not choose holiday apartments here.
It's fine! The view of the sea from the 35th floor was amazing

Very busy, the elevator can wait 10-15 minutes per season. It is better to choose the floors below so that you can walk up the stairs.
The rooms are not bad if they are fresh, they lived in different rooms, the newest ones are good, clean, the older ones are of course already falling apart. Since these are apparatuses, they don't do cleaning there. It would be nice if they had their own dining room where you can pay for breakfast and go there. The location from the sea is good, but with full Parking....
If I had gone there once , maybe I would have stopped , but rather looked at apartments or hotels with a swimming pool
Outside: The building is a monster that presses on you, from the inside: although new, but completely unkempt: there are broken mirrors in the elevator lobby on the opposite floors, tiles on the floor were broken on the 15th floor (I was not on the others), during the 5 days that I lived there, the ventilation shaft hatch was constantly open in in the corridor. Throw whatever you want in there. The rooms seem to have good sound insulation, you can't hear the neighbors, but music from the restaurant nearby (lower basses) is booming until 2 a.m. so that it is impossible to sleep.

Since the building has not been completed yet, there are no problems with the elevators. We waited for a maximum of 5 minutes, and usually 1-2 minutes. But it's better not to even try to go to block C, there's always a crowd on the elevators (15 minutes)
Great room, we lived in block D on the 47th floor, comfortable conditions: microwave, washing machine, hob, kettle, dishes, cleaning products, hair dryer - everything was in the room! We'll come again!
Almost an ideal room, especially for Georgia. There is a little lack of grooming. The one who gave promised to bring an adapter for Euro sockets and an additional cot, but disappeared with the ends.
I took off the stars for the terrible condition inside. Tiles in the corridors are partially missing, everything in the rooms is falling apart, as if they bought everything the cheapest...
The logistics of elevators leaves much to be desired - it is better to take the floors below so that you can walk if anything. You can go down from the 30th floor for 15-20 minutes, the elevators either do not go, or they are crowded.
