The luxury apartment we are staying in! Perfect sea view (and what else do you need)? The entire infrastructure of the house is amazingly developed, namely: shops, cafes, bars.
Coziness, comfort and cleanliness in the apartment is one of the main requirements for me and I got it.
All necessary furniture and appliances are of the highest quality!

I've been living in Orbi City for almost a year, and I can say with confidence that it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The apartments are comfortable, with excellent repair and everything necessary for life. The view of the sea every day is a special pleasure. Convenient infrastructure, close to everything you need: convenience stores and pharmacies, cafes, transport and, of course, the coast is within walking distance.
I would like to note the high level of security in the complex. Round—the-clock security, video surveillance - you feel calm and confident at any time of the day.

Everything was fine. There are no problems in the room, the presence of a washing machine deserves special thanks. The view from the Windows to the mountains and the sea, plus inexpensive. In general, everything was at the highest level.

We had a rest during the May holidays. Everything is fine, the view is amazing, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishes are available, the bathroom is good, everything is comfortable (except for the shower rod). There are chairs and a table on the balcony, but you can't see anything while sitting, you need high chairs))). In the evening, the views are just as steep, and dancing fountains can be seen. Elevators are a quest, but sooner or later you will come down. The view from the room covers all the disadvantages. Parking is also difficult, but it's understandable with 52 floors and 3 such towers.

One of the advantages is a fairly comfortable bed in the bedroom, a comfortable sofa in the living room.
Cons: there was no kettle on the mini-kitchen, stove, broken toilet lid, broken shelf in the closet, insufficient cutlery and dishes., dirty microwave. The staff is polite, but when asked to bring a kettle to the room, they promised, but did not bring it. Towels and linen have not been changed even once in 4 days.

I liked the rest, the proximity to the sea and the view from the window. It turned out to be quite profitable, by the way.
The room is brand new and clean, air conditioning in every room, a beautiful high mattress on the bed. Of the minuses, I can note that there was an interruption with the elevators on one of the rest days, I had to descend from the 35th floor with my legs and cancel the taxi I had already ordered. It's good not to go up)

I had a rest in Batumi from May 1 to May 10, 2024, stayed in Orbi City, booked apartments through Yandex travel.
Upon arrival, everything was clear, they settled in immediately, the room (apartment) fully corresponded to the declared one and according to the photo. The room has all the amenities, a mini fridge, a stove, a kettle, an iron, a washing machine, slippers, towels, various TV with Russian channels, YouTube is also available, and so on.
In general, everything is there for a comfortable stay in these apartments.
Location 1 line, there is a sea view from the balcony, walk to the beach, the sea promenade 2 min.
In general, everything is very decent.
I recommend it to everyone who is planning a trip to Batumi.

The only advantage is the view from the balcony. Elevators have to wait up to half an hour. Until late at night, the noise outside from the clubs.promenades and so on.The elephant key is sometimes demagnetized after 3 days.(sometimes after a week), you have to wait for the elevator down again and then stand in line at the reception.and back again to wait for the elevator.There is a small refrigerator in the room.the freezer is quickly covered with ice. It is necessary to defrost manually. The conder flows down the wall from time to time.despite the use according to the instructions. The management company sometimes forgets to pay for electricity or the Internet.accordingly, they are turned off....but the view from the balcony is amazing😁

- Poor sound insulation of the rooms. You can hear the corridor and the street and the neighbors through the wall
- Long queues for elevators. You can stand for 15 minutes quite to yourself
- It is impossible to park around the building, if you are driving, then this is a hanger
- The air conditioner operates in start/stop mode. Either blows into the cutoff or is turned off (maybe a special case)

The apartments themselves are very decent, everything for life, only the cooking utensils have already outlived themselves, a little "tired". But it is very crowded, which is not surprising for such a number of floors. The lobby is just "teeming" with people. On my next visit to Batumi, I will choose a less crowded area, that's for sure.

A disgusting hotel. I don't advise anyone. It is still under construction, there is no parking, 5 working elevators out of 6 at best, which are not designed for such a number of guests, you have to queue for 10-15 minutes to get to the floor. There are queues at the reception, music is blaring from neighboring buildings all night. A car was opened in the parking lot at the hotel, they approached the security, did nothing. The police were called. There are no cameras around the hotel, only on the floors. There are beggars at the entrance on the street. The only advantage is the view from the window.

I lived in Orbi City at the end of April for three days, the location of the hotel is excellent, one hundred meters from the sea, sea view from the balcony, a spacious new room for two , there were no problems with checking in through Roman, the price is lower than through the hotel, I will recommend to friends and next time I will live only in Orbi and through Roman!
