Good day to everyone. In the first days of November we were in this apartment. I liked everything very much, the room corresponds to the photo, it is clean and comfortable, there is everything you need : kitchen , washing machine, air conditioning , underfloor heating , an elevator card for free, a gorgeous view from the balcony of the mountains and the sea, which is just around the corner , its own Parking , which is very important, since the car is somewhere it is very difficult to deliver. And most importantly, the owner of the apartment turned out to be a very good person, when the flight was postponed, he kindly allowed us to stay without charging an additional fee.Great location , the entire infrastructure is within walking distance. I recommend it! And we will definitely come back ourselves .

(we had an unlimited card and we drove Georgians) We lived on the 11th floor, all rooms have a side view of the sea. They promised 33-35 meters. In fact, an ordinary studio of 25 meters with a balcony. With a side view of the sea. One of the good ones is the German Grohe plumbing, which worked. There is an installation in the bathroom, a sink, a shower stall, a boche washer (it was not included) there is no towel dryer, there is no foot towel.
The room has a double bed with a good mattress, snow-white linen. The conday was working well, the TV was working. The refrigerator is also renovated in the room somehow. The fully equipped kitchen is a stove and a kettle. One saucepan, two plates, two cups, one teaspoon and all without knives, forks and a corkscrew. . There is also a wardrobe and a desk, two chairs and two bedside tables. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony. The rooms are not cleaned and garbage is not taken out (they said at the reception that this is your problem) there is a dustpan and a broom in the room. There was also a hair dryer, it didn't work and an ironing board without an iron, disposable slippers and 4 shower gels. There is one young person under 30 working at the reception. Three girls, with mediocre Russian, all three friendly but very dumb. And one boy with a great Russian, who solved the problems in flight. They brought us a blanket and a hair dryer, etc.

We stayed for 5 nights, the apartment has everything you need (from a beach umbrella to a fumitox) a full kitchen with dishes and a large refrigerator , a view from the balcony to the sea ( 3 minutes on foot ) , the city and the new Mall ( musicians sang every day on the street a cool repertoire ) next to the Gourmet restaurant with live music and delicious cuisine , exchangers and the embankment 4 km one way , there were no problems with elevators , I take off one star for the lack of full parking , we need to look for a place and there is no pool there as stated to whom it is relevant , there is There is an ancient water park nearby

We liked everything. And the location, and the view of the street, and the fact that the sea is nearby. We lived on the 22nd floor, the view was excellent. The owner of the Apartments met us at the airport, we checked in quickly. We are happy with the choice!

Nice apartment, but very stuffy.
I had to turn on the air conditioner all the time. And he blows right on the bed.
They didn't choose a good place for the trophy.
And the elevator is paid. However, in Georgia, this is the norm, if anyone does not know.
Wi-Fi was missing for a couple of days, until they clarified it at the reception. There was a debt on the apartment. However, they immediately connected it.
The cleaning was done only once and then after several requests.

Orbi is a large anthill, with dilapidated repairs. There is a smell in the bathroom. You'll have to wait for the elevators. Yes, it can be a good view of the sea and inexpensive, but the level of service and the quality of repairs will reduce your satisfaction with visiting Batumi. We moved out earlier: 1) they did not feed the promised breakfast; 2) the room was small - there was not enough water to wash. We have not yet refunded the money for the 2 days that we did not stay.

I don 't understand why they write negative reviews . I liked everything. Booked through a booking service. Everything is as stated . We lived on the 18th floor. There is a sea view from the balcony. I think the view would be better from a higher floor!
