Very expensive! Very low quality for German Rehau windows and a lot of defects! The windows were delivered dirty and wet. The slices on the windows are curved, where more, where less. The width of the window sills is not 15 cm, as ordered, but 11 and 13. All the windows are chipped and scratched. The measurer made a mistake with the size on the balcony frame. The balcony frame is set very high, one penny is only 6 cm. Even from the outside of the facade of the building it is visible. The window sill on the frame is not made to fit. On one window, one sash clings to another when opened. The elastic bands on the windows are different - one is good, the others are not, it seems like different windows. They didn't even put plugs on the windowsill on the balcony, I contacted the company as it should be right away. Viber has photos of flaws, as requested. Petrovich came to fix it, for 2 days for four hours he tried to erase all the chips and scratches, but he could not make a candy out of it. I adjusted the sash, but unsuccessfully. I replaced the bottom on the balcony with a narrow one, and for excessive material, I said they would return the money (they did not return it) and make a markdown on marriage-they did not. We waited a month for the "CEO" Yulia from vacation, but in the end she did not recalculate. The windows were physically installed for 2 days, but Julia took 30p for the second day. When calculating the cost, for some reason they counted the length of my window sills more than their actual length, which increased the cost of the window, but the lawyer could not explain why they did so. Also, the measurer did not come at the agreed time on the first day, but came the next day without agreeing on the time with us. After I left an entry about the flaws in the book of comments, a lawyer called me, then Petrovich insulted me that he spent two days correcting the joints on me, and offered a markdown for what he did not fix.
