It's a wonderful place. I absolutely recommend it! Helpful and attentive staff. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfasts are amazing. If I find myself in Shymkent again, I will definitely stay here. If I had a score of 10, I would have put it.

Great hotel, first time here, but now I'll be staying all the time! The staff is nice, helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
