I doubted it, but still decided to sign up here, because everything was painted in the barber shop, where I usually cut my son's hair. And it's not for nothing that I doubted. Under the chair on which we were offered to sit there were the hair of previous clients, when I pointed this out, I was told that because of the water, not everything can be swept away with a brush. But there were a lot of them there, it's not a couple of hairs. When the man left from the next seat, the master swept and left the hall, there was a decent amount of hair left under the chair, they could be seen from the hall, where I was waiting for my son. If there was a flow of people, it would be possible to understand it somehow, but there were no customers waiting. After reviewing the tools with which the master was going to work, I noticed that the combs had the old dirt characteristic of them. The scissors were visually clean. When I pointed out the filthiness of the combs, the master washed them under water, but this clearly did not solve the problem. The instrument cabinet was covered in fine hairs.
They cut our hair in 20 minutes, which is very fast. 40 minutes is the norm for haircuts. The result was the same - 14 rubles, not obliquely / crookedly, and thanks for that. When it grows back a little, we'll go to a normal barber shop and get a haircut.
The receptionist reacted indifferently to my words about dirt on the floor. Talking about the rest, I realized that there was no point.
Of course, we won't come here anymore. It is a pity that the management is so irresponsible about the work. The location and architecture of the building gives every chance to the institution to be top in this area with the proper attitude.
I won't say anything about the masters smoking right on the porch.
In short: dirty, fast, not very high quality.

I give one star for the attitude towards customers. We've been there a couple of times before. Today we were ignored, they came in and said hello, zero attention was paid to us, a young man came up and asked if he could get a haircut - again, ignore how I was standing, talking to myself and so on. We started to leave, so no one apologized, just looked after us.
So you can lose all your customers.

They cut my husband's hair, from the side it was clear that on top of his head just a second head seemed to be growing. Since my husband did not see, we left the barbershop. After 2 minutes, I insisted on coming back, as it was terribly disproportionate. The master said that everything was well cut and was rude when they gave an example of haircuts from other salons, the master objected, saying how can we remember how the husband cut his hair already in December! According to the logic of the master, the skills that the college awarded her are forgotten even more!
We were offered to do another PAID haircut to remove this trash, which, of course, was refused!

I have never met such disgusting service. I came to get a haircut with a 6-year-old child. I asked if the children were getting their hair cut, the receptionist answered in the affirmative and invited us to take a queue. On this day, 3 masters worked. When our turn came, the first freed master for some reason called the man who was behind us to get a haircut. Then the 2nd and 3rd masters were released, but they were in no hurry to serve us, and disappeared somewhere in the back room. A couple of minutes later, the administrator disappeared into the back room. After waiting for some time, I loudly called the administrator and asked if we would be served, she did not answer me, just kept silent. I asked her several times, but she never answered me. In the end, 2 free masters appeared from the back room, I asked them the same question, but they just stood silently and did not answer anything. We went to another place and got a haircut there. The current situation is still unclear to me.

Up to this point, there were excellent craftsmen, prices, friendly and responsive administrators. So, the intern well, sooooo long cut an elementary haircut and in fact the work was not done efficiently. At the reception, I was also not pleasantly surprised after the boorish-looking receptionist announced the price for the service to me.
