An excellent hotel - comfortable huge beds, hot water, cold clean water that can be drunk from the tap, a heater was given, very friendly hosts, a European welcome in a picturesque Kyrgyz place. It is safe, there is parking and a dryer for ski shoes, a delicious breakfast that the owner cooked himself. But there was a little lack of variety and volume in the breakfast. There are probably no disadvantages.

We really enjoyed our stay here, returned again after the mountains. Excellent service, the room is cozy and has everything you need, a comfortable bed, quiet. In the morning, a wonderful breakfast and real high-quality coffee. I recommend it!

We visited the Ordo Guest house in June 2023, but still couldn't get around to write a review.
The hotel and its owners impressed us so much that we are writing this review anyway, despite the passage of time.
It is difficult to list all the advantages, but the following impressed me the most:
- Cleanliness. Fresh and clean bed linen, towels, and the room itself are all intact, well-groomed, clearly actively keeping order. And even the common corridors are very clean, as everyone takes off their shoes in front of the reception (there are disposable slippers just for this purpose);
- Peace and comfort. Despite the fact that there were other guests besides us, the room was quiet and no one could be heard through the walls;
- Breakfast. They are prepared by the owners themselves, everything is fresh, delicious and even my fastidious girlfriend liked everything very much - and this is a big indicator;
- Hospitality. Very friendly and kind hosts - they communicate, tell interesting stories, recommend really good places (in particular catering establishments), and there are 2 more very pleasant moments that I want to write about separately:
1. One day we were going on a big and difficult hike, which we warned the owner of the guest house in advance. He wished us good luck, told us a few nuances and we went to the mountains. The hike turned out to be difficult and we spent much more time than planned, and so on the way back, when the cellular connection appeared, Mars called us and asked anxiously if everything was okay and if we were healthy. Such a reverent attitude towards the guests cannot leave anyone indifferent!
2. When we had already checked out and moved on, a small trouble happened with the car - a stone pierced the gearbox tray and lost all the oil. Since there were no more acquaintances (+ there was a question of spending the night, since we obviously could not get to the next hotel in another city), we decided to call Mars. And we met with great participation on his part - he told us about the tow trucks and the service, he himself agreed with the guys from the service to wait for us, and also offered to stay one more night at their guest house - and all this despite the fact that he was on a business trip at that moment, with a weak connection! It was only thanks to him that we were able to continue our car journey :)
Many thanks to Mars and Samara for a wonderful vacation! We will definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Karakol!

A magnificent hotel. Very clean, beautiful, everything in the interior is tasteful. It is clear that the owners treat their hotel with love, it is pleasant to be there. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Plentiful delicious breakfasts with fresh vegetables and fruits. Mars and Samara are happy to answer all questions. If we are still in that area of Kyrgyzstan, we will be happy to choose Ordo again

A great new hotel, just for a few rooms. I liked everything: from the pleasant concept in the interior to the snow-white bed linen and mattress, from which I did not want to get out in the morning :) Cleanliness, comfort, a pleasant common dining area where you can work during the day and have a sincere chat with the guests and owners of the hotel in the evening. Mars and Samara are very attentive to their project and guests. Everything is great, I did not expect to get such emotions from a guest house in Karakol :)

Amazing hosts: very responsive, caring. The breakfasts are delicious. Within walking distance of a cafe, Victory Park , a shop.

A great hotel-hostel. It is very clean, stylish and cozy like at home. We stayed with a large company with bicycles. Near the whole center with a market, supermarket, restaurants and street food. I recommend. The owner helped solve many issues, thank him very much.
