Last year, in December, I called to make an appointment for the month of March and the girl very politely replied that the recording for March would begin in January and suggested herself that I leave the data and when the recording starts, they will keep in mind and asked me to call in January anyway and clarify again. I was so pleasantly surprised when I called in January and found out that I had not been forgotten and had already been recorded. And this girl Eileen cut everything off so rudely today, no, that's all, I even called twice and clarified, but she still refused me in raised tones. I hope in January they will sign me up for the number that I wanted to sign up for and will not say that there is no place for this number anymore.
Two CT machines allow you to complete all procedures faster. But when you arrive at the appointed time, you still have to wait at the reception. All the staff are very polite and caring. Parking is a problem. Parking is very problematic. Everything is packed with cars.
We do not know about the quality, there is nothing to compare it with, it is the only one in Almaty, the specialists are good, the staff is responsive and polite, queues are strictly by appointment
I'm sorry, but I won't be undergoing PET CT there anymore. As the quality of service leaves much to be desired!!! I went to Astana before, now I am once again convinced that the quality of service there is excellent.
