Nice hotel. The room, the service is quite decent. The breakfasts are simply wonderful, such a variety of dishes and quality of products are rarely found anywhere. The restaurant is located on the top floor, offering a magnificent view of the city. An undoubted advantage is the availability of an exchanger in the hotel, which is very convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not bad. I stopped more than once. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are clean, everything is neat. However:
- very noisy, thin walls and everything is audible, even a quiet conversation.
- incredibly uncomfortable pillows (I sleep on normal, medium hardness), but these are sooo thick and hard (of the hundreds of hotels that I have visited, they are the worst), while there are no hard and soft pillows in a pair, as in normal hotels. I have to carry a small pillow with me.
- it is hot, both in winter and summer, the air conditioner does not work in all rooms (in some places it is simply blocked on the control panel)
- the breakfasts are not bad, they make scrambled eggs and natural coffee
- bathrooms in some rooms are half-dead (water does not drain normally, the toilets are hanging out)
- there is no ventilation mode on the windows
- there is a road under the window and there are car races with direct currents and police with sirens all day long
Otherwise, it is quite an option for a couple of nights.

The service is at the lowest level!
Breakfasts don't even go there! All products are stale. Dry sausage, fish, cheese, ice-cold, rubber cheesecakes. And there is no more food((((
The water in the hotel has been turned off, and I've been struggling for an hour to get water to wash my face.
Basically, there is no drinking water in the room. You have to call the reception desk every day and ask.
The room is very hot.
The rooms are old, and a lot of things are broken. The shower drain doesn't work well...
and I didn't pay for the cheapest room.
I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

The Orient Hotel is wonderful.

The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located. Walking distance to all central locations.
I would especially like to mention the restaurant on the top floor. Stylish and clean, delicious and very pleasant staff and service. The views of the city are just great!
It is beautiful to watch the morning sun for breakfast. In the evening, a gorgeous view of the city lights.

Everything is fine, the rooms are clean, they clean on time, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are great. The only disadvantage is that it is positioned as a 4-star. Although the sauna and spa on the 2nd floor do not work (I suspect that from the very beginning of existence). And so, the view from the restaurant on the 10th floor is gorgeous.

The quiet center. Not bad breakfasts. We took a large room. There's plenty of room.
On the downside, it's a little outdated. The renovation was done about 10 years ago.
And there's only one person at the reception. I have to stand.

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not bad. The room is cozy and clean. If you want to call a taxi, it is better to go to the next street, because you can wait 40 minutes for a taxi along this traffic jam.
Of the cons: The sink falls off from the countertop, the socket is on snot. But these are small things. There is a constant hum from the ventilation, it really bothers me because I can't sleep.

A great hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. A huge advantage for foreigners is the presence of a currency exchanger right at the entrance to the hotel. It is nice that breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 10th floor of the hotel, which overlooks the city. The choice of breakfast dishes is also pleasing.

I stayed in Orient for almost a week. From the doorstep, you feel the maximum customer-oriented, the staff is very polite and friendly, they told you everything, advised you. The rooms are nice, well maintained, except for minor repair flaws. The rooms are bright and cozy. A separate wow is the restaurant on the 10th floor. A rich buffet, I chose different dishes every day during my stay. The girls are very nice, they cooked amazing breakfasts and coffee. Panoramic windows overlooking the city complete the picture. The hotel is located in the center, it is convenient to get to any desired point. if you need to spend your time productively and comfortably, come here!

Nice hotel not far from the Center. Hearty and delicious breakfasts. I also recommend set meals at the hotel restaurant. Delicious and not expensive. Salad + 2nd course + compote = $3. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby.

Nice hotel, located in the center. New renovation, clean. Sleep comfortably, there is no noise. There are many cafes nearby. We made an early check-in for free. Breakfast is normal: there are a couple of hot dishes, porridge, sliced bread, pancakes, etc. Of the minor disadvantages, there is probably a drop in the pressure of cold water, depending on the use of its neighbors and the "sleeping" staff on respawn. The price corresponds to the quality.

The staff is polite, attentive and friendly. All employees speak Russian perfectly. The decoration in the rooms, although it does not breathe novelty, is not worn, quite normal condition. Wi-fi, of course, is not super fast, but it is quite sufficient for surfing the Internet. The buffet is also quite decent - yes, there is not a rich variety, but everyone can choose something to their taste for breakfast. A well-decorated restaurant, where they cook delicious and serve beautifully, and the prices for dishes are exactly lower than in Moscow in similar restaurants. And also a very attractive price for accommodation - almost two times lower than that of nearby residents. And this price compensates for those small roughnesses that I mentioned above, so the rating is 5.

The best place to stay in the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
The best staff. We lived for 5 days and everything was on top.
The best Buffet and if you look at the photos and the assortment. It may seem that it is not enough. But in fact, everything is so high-quality and delicious that it is enough with your head.
Crazy view of the whole city and the biggest flag I've seen. It's just fascinating to have breakfast in such a beautiful place.
New rooms, everything is clean and fresh. The room service is also excellent.
Many thanks to the Orient Hotel, I will definitely stay here if I come.

We arrived at this hotel earlier. There was no extra charge for early booking, which is very nice, there is an exchange office in the hotel itself. The staff speaks Russian well, is friendly and friendly. A medium-sized room with a split system. The room has everything you need for vacationers. There is also a bathrobe. The hotel itself is located near the center and the city park, close to shops and cafes. I especially liked the compote of dried fruits, which are sold in many food outlets. The restaurant is located on the 10th floor of the hotel, offering wonderful views of the mountains and the city. A buffet breakfast is served. The choice is varied. All the food is fresh and very tasty, as well as a variety of fruits.
The only thing that upset me a little was that the gym didn't work, and there was no spa area, but if it doesn't matter to you, then the hotel is decent

A clean hotel with a fresh renovation. Convenient location in the center. There are many places to eat nearby, and shops in general. Great view in the restaurant on the 10th floor. A wonderful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The only disadvantage of the room is sound insulation. It was lucky that it was generally quiet :).

I liked the hotel. Almost 4 stars. There is not enough outdoor sauna, swimming pool and gym for up to 4 people. The conference room is not bad, but you can't watch a movie in it, there is no sound. The microphone is not working. Breakfast is good. I was especially pleased with the restaurant. This is the 10th floor. Moreover, the restaurant itself is two-tiered. Decent furniture, dishes. A good cook. The rooms are decent. And in terms of size, furniture and cleaning. There is only a refrigerator in the room. This should be taken into account. But there is tea, water, sugar and a kettle.

Breakfasts are meager. The tap water was yellow for 3 days out of 5 stays. There are strange unpleasant odors in the bathroom.
Dear owner, chef and manager, do not put freeze-dried black and red caviar on tartlets and canapes, this significantly lowers the level of service in your hotel.
