It's a good bank, it's far from international service, but the comrades are trying. This particular branch has the main problem - always idle ATMs and slow service. On the plus side, the very polite staff will do everything to solve your problem, if such a problem arises.
The norm. There are fewer people than in the Capital, everything is fast enough. They are quite loyal to the formalities. Remote underexposure via cart responds very quickly. The mobile application is more or less stable.
Nice exterior, good location.
But it is impossible to get through to the bank, and being inside you understand why - all the phones are ringing and ignored. The system of numbers/coupons does not work, queues are not observed. ATMs near the bank are constantly empty.
I have been a customer of the bank for 5 years now, I am disappointed with the service.
A great bank, but I liked how one girl from the plastic card department helped me solve the problem with the card, I hope she will be promoted for her excellent work!!!!!
