ATMs often do not work. It's trivial that I can't deposit money to the card and always have to deposit it through employees. Nice exterior, good location. But it is impossible to get through to the bank, and being inside you understand why - all the phones are ringing and ignored. The system of numbers/coupons does not work, queues are not observed. ATMs near the bank are constantly empty. I have been a customer of the bank for 5 years now, I am disappointed with the service.
