a very nice hotel with elements of ethnodesign. the service is in Russian, the staff is very courteous and helpful, although they do not always understand immediately, but they try their best. buffet breakfasts have a fairly diverse range, but always the same set of ingredients. The hotel is very clean everywhere, even in the courtyard. The pool was drained due to the cool spring (end of April). Only Europeans from different countries lived with us, which is not a budget option for Russians, but a decent one.

Nice hotel.
We had a rest with my husband for 3 days. I liked everything very much.
Pool fire. The water is warm and clean.
The food was delicious for breakfast.
Close to the center
Room cleaning is daily.

A great hotel in the city center. Inexpensive ($160 for two nights, for two). Breakfast is a buffet. It is quite possible to eat before lunch, or even later. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a bathtub, so the most exciting thing after hiking trips is to lie down and relax. The hotel's feature is an outdoor pool with sun beds, which is located in the courtyard of the hotel. Surrounded by greenery. For your convenience, all the drinks available in the hotel's arsenal, both for children and adults, will be brought directly to the pool. Alcohol prices at the hotel are about 2 times more expensive than store prices, but it's still cheap for this convenience, considering how difficult it is to find alcohol in Uzbekistan, and there are no alcohol dispensaries near the hotel. You can do it without money, everything will be credited to the account number. My recommendations to the hotel.

Great hotel. The price-service ratio. Good location, design and decoration in oriental style. A spacious room. From supplies: Water, tea, coffee and toilet set. In addition to towels, there is a terry bathrobe.
The territory is beautiful, there is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi. A towel is placed on each sunbed.
Breakfast buffet.
The staff is attentive and polite.

A big plus of this hotel is that in the courtyard there is an outdoor pool with sun beds and a small garden. Walking distance to the center, there is also a bus stop nearby. Breakfast leaves much to be desired - the hotel has few guests and the Swedish line is quite modest. I had to have breakfast only with watermelon. And yet - neither Yandex nor the hotel warn you in advance about the resort fee. And as a result, an unpleasant surprise occurs when checking in.

A great hotel for your money, cozy and clean rooms, helpful staff. There is a swimming pool, although it is open but very clean. A well-maintained green courtyard, almost in the center of the city. A decent breakfast with a variety of dishes. The overall score is a solid 4.

Clean, beautiful, pleasant music in the hall! Mini bar with water, coffee and tea, always replenished! Upon registration, they offered coffee and water while they were waiting! The pool is clean, a lot of rods, the water is pleasant and not strongly chlorinated. We highly recommend staying in this particular hotel. Only positive impressions remained.

The hotel is very nice. We have been staying here for more than 10 years. The service is always at a good level-without any complaints.The price for the rooms is acceptable.During the warm season, it is pleasant to swim in the summer bossein, sit in the garden for dinner. There is a parking lot for cars. In the morning, a buffet breakfast is served. It has a great rest in the rooms, where there is everything you need to relax... Visit-you will not be disappointed.

A beautiful modern almost European hotel, located somewhat away from the city center, but this is not a minus, but rather a plus. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need, there is a kettle, a hairdryer, a bathrobe and slippers. The rooms are cleaned every day. The receptionists are very nice and helpful, solve all issues, explain, show, tell. In general, an absolutely civilized hotel is no worse than anywhere in France or Spain, I have traveled half the world so there is something to compare it with. Of the minuses, of course, there are no smoking rooms and no balconies, so you have to run to the courtyard to smoke, it is of course very well maintained, tables, chairs, roses in flower beds and actually the hotel has a swimming pool and sun beds around, if you are tired of stomping on the dust of Samarkand, then the pool will seem like paradise to you. It is hot in Samarkand for 9 months of the year, and it is very hot in summer. By the way, the rooms have air conditioning. One of the disadvantages is that only breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel must be ordered the day before. This is very inconvenient. Still, in an Asian country, it is difficult for a European to eat, it is delicious, but the body may not appreciate it (if, for example, you have lunch and dinner in the city). Breakfasts, I must say, are completely ordinary without frills and not to say that they are delicious. But you won't stay hungry, although it could be better. The hotel is not cheap, very clean, everything looks very decent. But the cook could have been more original. There are no problems with food in Samarkand and it is not expected, there is everything, absolutely everything, so this is of course a minus for the hotel. After all, people who come to see the country want to try the local cuisine, preferably without health consequences. Of the disadvantages, the hotel does not have an ATM, although it is a two-minute walk away. It takes about 7-10 minutes by taxi from the airport, a little further from all the sights, but either on foot in good shoes or by taxi for 200 rubles. We walked, it's much more interesting, but back to the hotel by taxi, legs in the evening reported that sports is more than once a year to walk))) If you plan to come to Samarkand, feel free to book one of the most decent hotels in the city. Maybe it's important for someone, they speak Russian fluently at the reception, English, Turkish, German too. In general, you will definitely be understood

Beyond all praise!!!! I am in Samarkand on a business trip, staying at this hotel. I am very pleased. Polite staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts set you up for productive work. The pool was open at 20.00, it was a shame not to swim in the evening, I went up to the lovely receptionist girls and was allowed to swim later. There was an immediate, positive response to all requests. Thanks to everyone who makes our stay in Samarkand unforgettable!

I really liked the hotel. They asked for a quiet room with windows to the courtyard, and they gave it to them. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Clean, beautiful, friendly staff, good breakfast. A lovely courtyard with a summer pool and tables.
Although it is written on the Booking that payment for foreign citizens is in cash dollars, they were very reluctant to take them at the reception: they asked in local currency or by card..

The breakfasts are cold. The rooms are spacious, cleaning is done every day. The mattress is very soft. The staff is very friendly. It is located on a noisy street, however, in my opinion all hotels in Samarkand are on noisy streets.

Excellent location. The photos on Booking correspond to reality. The rooms and common areas are clean and sterile. The breakfast is modest, but quite sufficient. There are no lunches or dinners. There is a bar, but I didn't see it working. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are a bit harsh for my taste. Good breakfasts, nice beds, nice staff. One of the disadvantages is a cramped bed in a single room, weak pressure in the shower. A bathroom instead of a shower is a great bonus in the absence of a bidet. The prices are average for hotels of this type.
There is a hair dryer, they give a dental kit, a towel, slippers. There is no safe. Weak Internet connection.
There is a table in the rooms, kettles, TV.
The entrance is by card. The lack of an elevator can become an obstacle for the elderly.

There is no Wi-Fi on the third floor, where we have a room. The hotel administration does not solve this problem in any way.
The light bulb in the room has burned out, the shower is broken - the water from it flows in a tiny trickle.
The air conditioner is dirty, it has not been cleaned for a long time, insanely dirty, dusty air comes out of it, we could not stop coughing at night.
As a result, we do not use the air conditioner, we open the windows at night.
In general, all the amenities that were listed on the site are missing.
And there is also no elevator in the hotel.
This is not the first time we have come, we have stayed in hotels in Tashkent, Bukhara, Dushanbe - this is the first time we have encountered such a service...!
Spare your health, nerves and money, choose another place to stop!
