The staff is friendly.
The territory is well maintained.
There is a place to park the car.
The room is spacious with panoramic windows and a great view of the lake.
The house looks very cool from the outside.
Out of season, in April it is cool in the room, especially in the bathroom, but there is a small heat gun that will help in the room.
Small ants were crawling near the sofa in the far corner, but they didn't seem to spread further along the room.
There are not enough sockets - for example, for a floor lamp, a kettle and a refrigerator - which stand side by side, one outlet, choose one thing, and carry the other to another outlet.
If you don't have a car, you won't go anywhere from there, just along the beach nearby.
We didn't go to the restaurant, but it looks quite decent.
Overall, it's good.

I haven't been to the hotel, but the restaurant is a shame. The salad was given from the freezer, half of the pieces of pork from the pasta turned out to be cartilage or hooves. The prices are the same as in the top restaurants in the center of Yerevan and Moscow. At 6 o'clock the restaurant was empty, only we were sitting: the absence of visitors with such quality is not surprising. I do not recommend it.

A wonderful place!!!! We stopped by for lunch, delighted with the food and the view!! Polite staff, delicious food, especially the signature dish (I don't remember the name, meat with tomatoes and eggplant), fish melts in your mouth. The prices are amazing, we spent about 18,000 drams (4500₽) for a company of 5 people. The view is gorgeous!! Thank you very much!

A typical beach eatery, like the entourage, and the music, and the serving is fast, but the kitchen is open and dirty without hesitation, the grilled vegetables are burnt and soft as snot
Flies are flying everywhere, terrible music was constantly screaming and turning off, half a glass of sediment in the coffee
They said they only had dark beer, they brought light beer
Trout and pita bread are quite nice

Great rooms. In fact, separate houses. Your own beach. Everything is very beautifully done. Clearly a good architect has worked hard. Special thanks to the restaurant. Everything we've tried is incredibly delicious. Four for extending the room, but not for 50% of the cost, as is customary in hotels, but for 70 or even 80% of the daily cost.

4. The house is dirty, but with a toilet and a refrigerator, stains on furniture and carpet. dirt. There is no air conditioning.
5. Restaurant: see the photo, they only accept cash, the bill is written on a piece of paper and counted on a calculator, there is no cash register. Meat is being chopped in the kitchen of the restaurant, some dubious people are eating right there, dirty dishes and food are being prepared here, I'm sure someone has already been poisoned. It's scary to think what an executive lounge they have.

The owner came up and demanded cash for accommodation, said that the terminal was not working (most likely it always does not work) and suggested that we go to a neighboring city so that we withdraw cash.
