So that orphans, at least in the summer, go on a single ticket for free. And what will happen!! the capture of the film project by the chasnik... I'm not talking about large families at all. Buy tickets for everyone and collect 5,6 months for the next session again. And in general, there are nuances. For example: The guys wanted to go to the cinema for 10 years. They collected enough money for a ticket, helping their parents with the housework. Since childhood, we have been taught that money is not given with easy work. And we decided to buy popcorn and Cola at the store, to save money. So it turned out. At the entrance to the hall, backpacks were checked and popcorn was taken away, they said they could not buy their own in the hall. And the Coke was taken away too. I think it was too much. They are children after all. It was very disgusting in my heart for our future.And the guys' mood was immediately ruined. That's how it is.

The 3D equipment is old - 720p quality is most likely. It's very cold in the hall - you have to come in a fur coat and boots. The seats are cramped, the armrests are for one person, the neighbor no longer has enough space. In general, it's better to watch at home. I have a TV at home with 3D 2014 - the quality is 5 times better. For seasoned lovers, it's just the thing for a romantic date!!!)

After reviewing other reviews, I agree that the ticket inspectors are RUDE!!!
On 10/19/19 they decided to go to the cinema with 15-year-olds after celebrating their birthday, the children chose the movie "Joker", refused to go to others. Having previously called by phone, knowing that there is an age limit of 18 +, we clarified whether such people would be allowed at all, we were told that accompanied by adults it is possible. We bought tickets, came .... The usher asked to show our passports. She said she wouldn't let us in. Although the same children came in front of us, and they did not ask for their passports. It's clear that this is her job. BUT... It was possible to talk to customers a little more politely, not in raised tones. Moreover, she had no moral right to insult our parents in the poor upbringing of children in their presence. That bad children grow up because of such parents. I think this is UNACCEPTABLE! Moreover, when we asked for the Complaint Book, it was not provided to us.
It is a pity that there is nowhere else to go in the city. If there was another cinema... And so you have to endure such an attitude, disrespect and rudeness of the ushers.
We hope that the administration will listen, take action, and this will not happen again!

There is neither a buffet nor a cafe where, before a movie or a performance, you can have a child or a girlfriend and treat yourself to ice cream or pies, drink coffee, treat yourself to a snack, there is nothing but pop food and drinks, but I would like to, and it would not hurt to renovate the toilets and the Palace itself in the interior, a sound tour too, only in 3 and everything is in order in the new hall!
