The staff is polite. The room is spacious. There is a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, spacious and functional bathroom. Everything is fine. There are two small problems. A bed with a prehistoric mattress. In the modern world, mattresses are much more convenient. It's poorly cleaned, and there are age-old layers of dust under the bed. That is, the room is never vacuumed, apparently.

Advantages: location in the city center, table setting, prices, responsive staff.
Cons: the music is for an amateur, the sound is terrible, only the cheese plate was delicious from the New Year's menu, and even that without honey. The portions are large, but the salad with the tongue was sliced,,with an axe,,, hot pork with mushrooms was served early without warning, the result was eaten cold.

The price-quality ratio. We are staying for the second year in a row . There was one night that year, and two nights this year . This year, the room wasn 't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, so they started pumping their rights on the respawn that it was the maid 's fault and I had nothing to do with it . I don't know how the food is, but I didn't like the attitude towards the customers, I went in while staying at the Orsha hotel, since the cafe is under renovation, they replied, in a rather unpleasant tone, that any dish should be waited for at least 30 minutes, I didn't wait. The atmosphere is gloomy.

You can spend the night, loud maids spoil the morning, the room is quite clean, pleasant, hot water, I had to keep the shower (he himself did not want to stay) we overslept breakfast, because we stopped by at 2 am. We were strenuously woken up at 10 a.m., the audibility was just 200%, we listened to the same maid about everyday affairs, it was fun!

So we stayed there on a business trip. The lobby is nothing so good, but they gave us rooms, to put it mildly, not really. The lampshades in the lamps are rusty or something, the glass in the door is broken, there is little light in the room. In general, the view is depressing. I counted on the best, it's cheaper in Kobrin and there are condors in every room.
