Everything was perfect. We had dinner here several times and everything we tried was extremely good. Traditional turkish food. The prices are really low but don't be afraid of it. The staff is also good. They're friendly and can speak English and Russian very well. They never tried to trick us.
You should definitely visit this place. To be honest, I think it was one of the best places in Istanbul where we had a meal. You can also buy food to go and pay in euros and there's free Wi-fi
We were here in October 2024.
There are very tasty food! Especially kebabs and barbecue! Big portions and pleasant prices!
Waiters are cute and attentive!
Thank you so much!
During four vacation days I was eating in this place 🤤
Kind, unobtrusive greeting, polite, helpful staff, cozy and friendly atmosphere.
If the ordered dish requires a little more time, they warn you about it.
Beautiful serving and service.
There really remains a desire to come back again.
They can and do communicate in all available languages.
The prices are slightly lower or the same as in other places in the area, but the taste and the way they cook and present it to you is worth a lot. Many thanks to the chef and the whole team!Afferin! Teşekkür ederim! Bravo!
Relatively inexpensive, soundly built. The prices are quite good for such a tourist place.Adana kebab seemed fat. Pide, shawarma, French fries-everything was quite good, you can eat.The service is fast. In general, it is quite atmospheric.I was surprised by the dessert of chicken breast Tavuk geksu, we tried it for the first time, I liked it!
We ate with pleasure! The service is fast, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, the portions are large enough. The prices are pleasant: with two hot dishes, a mix of salads, with ayran for two, they cost 1000 liras. There are sockets next to some tables. It is especially good that you can quickly and inexpensively eat near the main ancient sights.
Very tasty!
The branded ortaklar kebab is beyond praise. The portions are large, hearty, and beautifully served. They cook quickly. While waiting, bread and snacks are brought.
The waiters speak Russian and English well.
For the first time in three days in Istanbul, we ate so delicious.🤤
A very pleasant cafe with typical Turkish cuisine. They brought compliments as a gift to the order (hot sauce with vegetables, bread). The prices are reasonable. Within walking distance from Hagia Sophia. Polite waiters, serve quickly. We would love to have lunch at this place and would return there again.
It's a good place. There is a large selection of dishes and it is really cheaper than in many places, especially near the historical area. The waiters are polite and attentive. At the beginning of the meal, they bring a free spicy snack and lavash separately, and tea at the end.
I advise you to visit!
It's a very curious place. This is such a cafe-eatery. We went there, focusing on the feedback from visitors. Several floors, fairly dense seating, fast service. The food is delicious, varied and the prices are very affordable for this area. I recommend it to visit as a snack place in the process of exploring the city.
Well done guys! Adequate price tags for the area and excellent quality! Not a top, but not a shish kebab/mashlik either. You can pay with a QR code. They're trying. I will be in Istanbul- I will definitely return for the test purchase, if everything is the same, I will leave a tip as much as the amount in the receipt
It's a great place, we've tried lentil soup in several places, it's the most delicious here. I also liked the pizza with chicken, and I was also treated to apple tea.
The place is clean and cozy. I recommend it!
Delicious and varied food. Excellent staff. It's very cozy. The prices are affordable. We lived in Istanbul for a week - we went every day. I highly recommend it. Advised by the hotel receptionist.
A normal institution, typical in its category. It seemed to me that the menu is exactly the same in all establishments in the area, except for the high price category. All the dishes here are the same as everywhere else. I advise you to go to the top floor (about 5th). They cook quickly, the portions are large. Cleanliness does not correspond to the level we are used to, but in a couple of days in Istanbul you get used to it and stop being afraid of intestinal infections. There is an air pipe (airan flows from the tap like water).
A very cool cafe! We have been to several famous places, it is better here than in any other! The price tag is adequate, delicious, the waiters are wonderful! I advise you, definitely!!!!
A great place with delicious cuisine, smiling waiters and good prices. 3 trips to Istanbul and the local cuisine in 90% of cases were eaten only at their place. And the whole family. I advise you to try kebab with rice and grilled chicken thighs, lamb rack, pizza, pide. Excellent hummus and soup. I am very recommended to visit. Plus, there is an opportunity to buy a takeaway.
Excellent cuisine, very tasty, the atmosphere is friendly, like at home. I really liked it, when I fly to Istanbul, I will definitely visit this restaurant again.
A good place , found by reviews , thanks to the Russians 😃
It is not expensive compared to other cafes , it is delicious ( but not all ) , the food is better and tastier , but the meat is top , the lentil soup is also delicious .
They treat you to tea as a gift )
Very tasty food, pleasant service.
The price/taste ratio is perfect.
We were still in several places, but we returned to this anyway, even though it was not very close to go.
Did you like the signature dish,
Great place! Everything is very tasty and not more expensive than everywhere else. The staff is always polite, efficient and friendly. They can accept an order in Russian. The portions are large, you can take them for two.
The price is super quality, good service, delicious. All the waiters are great, we go here for lunch and dinner. Before that, we went to another restaurant, the price was higher for the same food, it's cheaper here.
Very tasty, large portions, friendly staff :) Cheaper than many places :) on each table, under glass, there is a small tour of banknotes from different countries :)
There have been several times. The dishes are delicious, the prices are slightly below average, pleasant. The staff is polite. There are great desserts. The food arrives pretty quickly.
A great place to have a budget snack. The staff is polite, they even speak a little Russian. You can pay both tax and cashless. Everything is delicious. TURKISH CUISINE AS IT IS.
Polite, customer-oriented, the food is quite tasty, this is one of the cheapest cafes in Istanbul, for 600-700 lira you can have a wonderful dinner together
The best kebab shop in Istanbul since 2019, they don't cook better anywhere! I strongly advise you to visit. The guys are cool, they try to keep prices at an acceptable level.
The service is great, a favorite place near the hotel. Thanks to the staff for the pleasant experience. The chicken is very tasty, the beef is for an amateur)
The portions are normal, the prices are tolerable.
The food is simple, ordinary.
The service is pleasant, there are no additional fees, unlike many places around.
The room requires immediate repair, dirty… Just like everywhere else.
I recommend eating here, as it is much more expensive around.
I recommend this cafe. The menu is exactly the same as in other cafes/restaurants in the area. But the main advantage is the low price and large portions! We ate in other cafes in the area, for comparison (more expensive and more beautiful in the interior) and still returned to Ortaklar) The food here is delicious and cheap. Friendly staff. The cafe is located in an interesting corner building with several floors.
We had dinner on the first evening in Istanbul, fell for the assessment and a large number of reviews. In fact, it is an ordinary place with a standard price tag. We left 700 lire for two, I won't say that we ate heartily, although we took a dish and a pide for two. There was a lot of fat in the meat. Verdict: a quick dinner is a good option, but I do not recommend going to this place intentionally.
Very tasty, fast, huge portions. Dishes are cooked on coals. You can eat on different floors each time. Each room is decorated in its own modest but tasteful way. And most importantly, this is the most affordable cafe in the price category, prices are not too high as in many cafes / restaurants in Istanbul.
Hello everyone, a great restaurant, very kind and helpful staff, they cook very quickly, all three floors will find a place for any company. The portions are very large, so it's better not to order a lot, it's not possible to eat. I would like to mention the most pleasant waiter named atilla sef. I highly recommend it
Pros: everything is fast, that's probably all...
Cons: the "canteen" for a lot of money, we ordered beef steaks, the meat is very tough, solid veins, you can't cut with a knife), seeing my torment, they silently brought a sharper knife, it didn't help))
side dish tasteless, pearl barley without salt and spices, tinted paprika.
The cafe fell in love for affordable prices. The menu in the cafe in the old part of the city is about the same everywhere, and you need to look carefully at the prices. It is quite cheap here, so there are a lot of visitors, especially at lunchtime and in the evening, at 19-20 hours. But everyone finds a place, there are several floors. The service is good, it is clear that the guys are trying.
I recommend it if you just want to eat, without any special complaints. Everything is delicious and satisfying. There is no Alpogol.
The main restaurant in the breakfast area is for sure! Wonderful staff, neat, delicious! Democratic. And of course the beautiful view from the triangular hall. Recommended
A good cafe, they cook quickly, tasty, a lot is already in the preparation, which reduces the waiting time. There are a lot of guests. Grilled dishes and salads.
It's delicious, they work late, there are always a lot of people. The staff is a little sewn up due to the influx of visitors. The dishes are inexpensive, wait no more than 20 minutes. The interior is a little tired, but this has its own flavor. Some things come to an end by closing, but there are fewer people and more choice of free tables. The establishment has only 4 floors, on the top floor there is a terrace.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. Delicious cuisine. There is even an Olivier salad on the menu. Friendly, polite, and most importantly, Russian-speaking staff.
The cafe is very warm, they do not save on heating))
I don't quite agree with the excellent reviews: the prices are not radically different from most cafes in the Grand Bazaar area, the assortment is ordinary, there is no beer, drinks from a nearby shop, only at double the price - a bottle of water 20 lire. The dishes are served quickly, but the portions are average. They were treated to a dry flatbread for free, but the check was corrected - the ayran was counted for 40 lira, although there were 35 on the menu. After the remark, the check was recalculated.
