Everything was perfect. We had dinner here several times and everything we tried was extremely good. Traditional turkish food. The prices are really low but don't be afraid of it. The staff is also good. They're friendly and can speak English and Russian very well. They never tried to trick us.
You should definitely visit this place. To be honest, I think it was one of the best places in Istanbul where we had a meal. You can also buy food to go and pay in euros and there's free Wi-fi

Kind, unobtrusive greeting, polite, helpful staff, cozy and friendly atmosphere.
If the ordered dish requires a little more time, they warn you about it.
Beautiful serving and service.

Pide, shawarma, French fries-everything was quite good, you can eat.The service is fast. We ate with pleasure! The service is fast, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, the portions are large enough. The prices are pleasant: with two hot dishes, a mix of salads, with ayran for two, they cost 1000 liras. There are sockets next to some tables. It is especially good that you can quickly and inexpensively eat near the main ancient sights.

The branded ortaklar kebab is beyond praise. The portions are large, hearty, and beautifully served. They cook quickly. While waiting, bread and snacks are brought.

A very pleasant cafe with typical Turkish cuisine. They brought compliments as a gift to the order (hot sauce with vegetables, bread). The prices are reasonable. Within walking distance from Hagia Sophia. Polite waiters, serve quickly. We would love to have lunch at this place and would return there again.

It's a very curious place. This is such a cafe-eatery. We went there, focusing on the feedback from visitors. Several floors, fairly dense seating, fast service. A normal institution, typical in its category. It seemed to me that the menu is exactly the same in all establishments in the area, except for the high price category. All the dishes here are the same as everywhere else. I advise you to go to the top floor (about 5th). They cook quickly, the portions are large. Cleanliness does not correspond to the level we are used to, but in a couple of days in Istanbul you get used to it and stop being afraid of intestinal infections. There is an air pipe (airan flows from the tap like water).

A great place with delicious cuisine, smiling waiters and good prices. 3 trips to Istanbul and the local cuisine in 90% of cases were eaten only at their place. And the whole family. I advise you to try kebab with rice and grilled chicken thighs, lamb rack, pizza, pide. Excellent hummus and soup. I am very recommended to visit. Plus, there is an opportunity to buy a takeaway.

I recommend this cafe. The menu is exactly the same as in other cafes/restaurants in the area. But the main advantage is the low price and large portions! We ate in other cafes in the area, for comparison (more expensive and more beautiful in the interior) and still returned to Ortaklar) The food here is delicious and cheap. Friendly staff. The cafe is located in an interesting corner building with several floors.

We had dinner on the first evening in Istanbul, fell for the assessment and a large number of reviews. In fact, it is an ordinary place with a standard price tag. We left 700 lire for two, I won't say that we ate heartily, although we took a dish and a pide for two. There was a lot of fat in the meat. Verdict: a quick dinner is a good option, but I do not recommend going to this place intentionally.

The cafe fell in love for affordable prices. The menu in the cafe in the old part of the city is about the same everywhere, and you need to look carefully at the prices. It is quite cheap here, so there are a lot of visitors, especially at lunchtime and in the evening, at 19-20 hours. But everyone finds a place, there are several floors. The service is good, it is clear that the guys are trying.
I recommend it if you just want to eat, without any special complaints. Everything is delicious and satisfying. There is no Alpogol.

I don't quite agree with the excellent reviews: the prices are not radically different from most cafes in the Grand Bazaar area, the assortment is ordinary, there is no beer, drinks from a nearby shop, only at double the price - a bottle of water 20 lire. The dishes are served quickly, but the portions are average. They were treated to a dry flatbread for free, but the check was corrected - the ayran was counted for 40 lira, although there were 35 on the menu. After the remark, the check was recalculated.
