Disgusting attitude. Mom bought a subscription, there was a knee injury, which she reported. She informed me that she was going to Russia for diagnosis and treatment. She was verbally told that she would be able to resume classes when she could. Now, upon arrival, she is denied this, referring to the fact that time has passed ...
The company does not conclude a contract, I do not know how in Belarus, but in Russia this is a gross violation. All the conditions must be clearly stated in the contract. This company publishes a photo of Bubnovsky on the website, verbally saying that they also work. This is called misleading, an experienced lawyer can bring it under the article fraud, since it has nothing to do with classes at the Bubnovsky center. Mom constantly goes to classes at the Bubnovsky Center in Moscow. Plus copyright protection. The comrades did not want to resolve the issue peacefully, so they will have to involve a lawyer. In this regard, we will go through all violations of this company. I do not recommend leaving a lot of money for such an attitude.
Hello. I wanted to share my experience. I started going to ortholife from the very opening. Then I was lucky to feel the professional, respectful attitude of the coaches (Dima and Sasha at that time). I made an appointment in advance for a certain day and time, and I knew for sure that my lesson was strictly individual: I was with a coach. The coach constantly (!) controlled the quality of the exercise I performed, monitored my breathing, it should be correct!, made sure that I did not harm my health on the simulators and even drank water! The lesson lasted smoothly, no one hurried me because we "don't have time, another client is coming now" and we performed all 12 exercises including high-quality(!) warm up at a comfortable pace for me! I consider this quality! It's been a little over a year. Ortholife is unrecognizable. The quality has decreased beyond recognition. Now the main thing for them is to earn more money from customers. I'll tell you why it feels like this. 1) unheard of, unprecedented, my card, which has been lost for more than a year. 2) 2-4 clients are assigned to the same coach for one time. 3) the coach does not warm up with the client. People somehow do what they want and do what they want and do it. 4) the coach makes the person on the simulator wait, who has already completed the exercise and must wait for the coach!!! Often the client gets up from behind the simulator himself, just gets tired of waiting. 5) no one is watching the score, the number of sets, or the breathing!!! 6) they rush the client and do not want to waste time on him for more than an hour, because the next 2 people are on the way.
It turns out that in an hour I manage to poorly do only a few exercises on the simulators (and there are 12 of them) and not even sweat. (This explains why they don't put the air conditioner on). Moreover, with spinal problems, it is dangerous to be on the simulators without the supervision of a coach, and this is not the norm, because the coach rushes between 2-3 people. In general, the quality is worse than ever, and they take money as if it were Hollywood. 1 point out of 5 just for the fact that the coaches are trying anyway, but they are not robots. Ortholife has lost at least 3 clients in my person, in the person of my mother-in-law and sister. I will also share my experience with my friends and on social media. Networks so that people don't pay a lot of money for poor quality. I don't know how to get my subscription. The legs don't go there. Especially after the last lesson, 1 coach for 4 people. And I was practicing without my card at all with a coach who saw me for the first time. A nightmare!
A month has passed, I decided to pay my subscription. I studied with the coach alone for several classes, at the reception I always asked and said that I would like to study INDIVIDUALLY. But yesterday, for some reason, I was second to the coach for one time. Although when I recorded on Monday (4 days in advance), the time was free and I asked no one else to record. As it was explained to me yesterday, this time is usually "occupied" by other people. Permanent. Have you seen me not a constant? And! After all, when I was recording, the time was free!!! As a result, 2 people for one time. I don't understand why you should write big words on the website and on social networks "individual sessions with a rehabilitologist" if in fact several clients are being recorded at the same time. Even if you ask (!) that no one is signed up for your time. Does the desire for content mean nothing to administrators? Or for the directors. I would really like to get a clear answer so that I don't have to complain about your center anymore on the social network. I JUST WANT TO PRACTICE INDIVIDUALLY. My subscription is PAID FOR. The last thing I wanted to do was complain or spoil my relationship with the ortho life staff.
I have been studying at this center for the second month. The team is friendly, there is an individual approach to everyone, regardless of age, gender and physical fitness. The instructors are professionals in their field. I express my deep gratitude to Dmitry and Nikolai.
