My child is terrified that the doctor will hurt him because of bad memories in the hospital. And Oksana Leonidovna treats her with such kindness and incredible patience, and also as professionally as possible. Terrible impression of this dental clinic! The information on the website is obviously outdated. I tried to make an appointment with the orthodontist listed, but it turned out that he was no longer working. Instead, I was assigned to someone else whose name isn't even on the website. I waited for the appointment for almost a month. And so, just before the visit, some impolite person calls and informs that the orthodontist will not be able to accept, offering to postpone the appointment for another week! It's just bullying! Time is irrevocably lost, and no one even bothered to apologize. Complete lack of respect for patients and disregard for other people's time. I do not recommend anyone to contact this irresponsible office. Absolutely disappointed.
