A good hotel. The room is spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, everything is functioning. Delicious breakfast.
Good location in the city center.
Disgusting hotel! The employee checked in, left for work, was paid for a day, followed by an extension for another one through the island. Vouchers are provided, shown, everything is paid for. On the evening of the first day he returned - he was evicted, they say there were no payments. There will be a new guest after you. We went into the room, took out all the things. It is clear that the next guest is the same, there was an extension. They did not deign to call the guest, discuss the situation in order to resolve the issue promptly. We contacted the island, they got in touch with the hotel, they sorted it out. As a result, the guest sat in the lobby for an hour while the reception deigned to sort out his affairs. Electricity is cut off, Wi-Fi is intermittent, breakfast is below average.
To the island - 5 for help, to the hotel.... in general, I do not recommend it. We won't be coming back!
The old Soviet hotel. The location is beautiful, the city center, everything is nearby, but at the same time a quiet street. It feels like the hotel is only on the 7th floor, on other floors, either renovation, or a dorm. The rooms are renovated, but the bathroom sink is so small that the palms hardly fit. We were in the cold when there was no gas. Accordingly, there was no heating, and there was no hot water. The electricity was cut off periodically. In December! We warmed up with air conditioners at +28. We washed from the kettles that are in the rooms, as well as cups and tea and coffee. Breakfast is served right on the floor, there are tables in the elevator lobby. They make scrambled eggs with sausages personally for everyone, plus bread, butter, jam, grapes and tea-coffee. In general, it is very average. Despite the fact that Namangan has very expensive hotels, relative to other cities of Uzbekistan.
