I recently applied to replace the oil and m\f, fuel filter and turn signal repeater in the mirror for Skoda Octavia A5FL. They did a timing belt, there are no questions about this, BUT they returned the car with the door fuse broken out!!! They didn't even say... they took it for a fool, they won't notice… When I made a claim... they say you had it hanging out... for 10 years I drove carefully handled the door, and then it was just torn out ... the car is really tired, but it needs to be forced to tear it out ... either they were drunk or intentionally.... I don't know... BUT!!! not to say about it and then offer to do it for a fee… I think this is their attitude towards customers.... There is no desire to return to them.

The reason is as follows:
1. I signed up for a diagnosis of the chassis for the promotion, after leaving the car the alarm system did not work and I had to return (the administrator suggested calling the electrician himself and agreeing to fix the breakdown)
2. After departure, the wear of the rear pads, the rear lever block, as well as the inner seam cover were not detected.
Well, the most interesting thing after payment is that I found out that the cost of the fuse is 1p and the replacement is 12p ... (a trifle but unpleasant)

Good service. They work seven days a week. I applied to repair the generator. They took it on Sunday and after 4 hours they gave away the finished car. The only drawback is that they were not informed about the work being carried out. Everything else is without comment.
Everything was done perfectly. Guys!!! I want and probably will come to you, but please be kinder and more friendly with the female clients. There were moments when I felt like I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. (And they work well. Thank you for solving my questions.
This is not the first time I have applied, both on my own and on my work. They do everything right.

I was doing suspension diagnostics. The service station seems to be civil, but the process was carried out by young guys, as I believe - interns with no experience. They looked with their eyes, touched with their hands and that's it (there are no complaints about them - everyone is learning something, although usually an experienced one teaches). He asked to remove the protection so that the engine supports could look - they could not unscrew 1 bolt on the protection, they had no desire to unscrew it.
We found 1 obvious malfunction (traction), which I, consider, pointed out + they said that the discs and pads fit. There are no more questions.
I asked to see the prices and availability of traction and braking. While they were looking for a po, I immediately found a craving for 50 rubles on the Internet, after 15 minutes of searching, they offered me 80 rubles in 3 days.
As a result, he left, ordered traction elsewhere, picked it up at lunch the next day, arrived at another service station for a collapse - they changed the traction and made a collapse. I leave - there are blows in the suspension, I return to the collapse, I say that the thrust was sentenced for diagnosis, we changed it, but some of the symptoms remained.
We are already re-diagnosing the suspension locally - both ball bearings are immediately sentenced, which are just the first thing you look at under the car. No problem, in 5 minutes they unscrewed the licked protection bolt and sentenced the engine airbag.
Even if I came to the Oscars on cream, but after all, they place offers on cream in order to gain a clientele (the 2nd HUNDRED, by the way, was also not cream).
Whether I return to them or not, definitely not. There is still something to work on, and probably everything.
I went to leave a normal review on the 2nd service station.
(I supplement the review by reading others - yes, the receptionist is needed there more simply.)
I don't recommend it. They drive by the ears, there is a lot of pathos from the master receptionist. They checked the suspension - they sentenced the levers, the salenblocks to be replaced. After them, I checked on two more hundred - there is nothing to complain about.
