A gorgeous project that is overshadowed by terrible realities. They have already promised to hand over the keys 3-4 times , but it all remained at the level of empty promises. The most terrible thing is that the organization is not able to cope with criticism, like an offended child.
I have a clear idea about this "sharazhka office". This is what kind of personnel you need to work with in order to miss the deadlines by more than 2 years.
The only ones who are betting on are lawyers who constantly use the "unforeseen circumstances" clause, which includes a change of government, natural disasters and others like that.
Why wasn't the "flawed labor organization" included in this list, a bunch of nonprofessionals who, instead of building, are learning to build?.
If you do not have time, then tell it as it is, and not with empty hope.
