Long queues, especially at the end of the month, when communal services are paid. Only one cash window is constantly open. I have never found two cashiers in place at the same time. Of the advantages, there is only a 24/7 round-the-clock ATM, the only one in the area. I think with the completion of the residential area "Sofiyevka", there will be more bank branches, respectively, and there will be more choice. In general, the staff is friendly, the girls are polite, but it feels like the bank is state-owned. It is aimed at unpretentious pensioners, and there is no desire to fight for the client stupidly.
