I am a military pensioner and get a pension on the BOD. For two years in a row, at the end of the validity period, the card was issued to me without an application. I.e., I came once and received it without problems. This year I came as usual (12/11/2012), but I was sent on December 28th. 1) How do I live? 2) Why is no one answering my calls except security? connects with the operator, and he picks up the phone, puts it on the table, and after a couple of minutes on the phone.Who will be responsible for this? 3) I asked to connect with the head of the department - I do not know how to talk with a fax. And then who will be responsible for this? 4) Why do they set the validity period of the BOD for one year, and replace it with another is such a problem?! 5) How do I leave your "service"?
