I describe the situation: we went to the store with important documents, they began to run over us:"you can't carry a backpack, they won't bother you, get out of here" everything was rough enough, they passed, ignored, took water, then I asked for a plaintive book, instead of giving me a plaintive book, they began to poke some kind of notebook from the shelves of the store, I strongly began to try a plaintive book or whatever the store administrator talked to me, there was neither one nor the other. With the fights, I still found a complaint book, started writing a complaint, at that moment the store guard (who shouted something at us) started yelling at us and sending obscenities, at the moment when we asked for his badge, a document showing who he is and who he works for, or at least a name The man raised a wild yell, swearing and calling my young man to some kind of showdown. In general, I wrote down the complaint, described the whole situation, indicated the number so that the administration would call me. At that moment, a man came out, I also told him and asked the "elders" of the store to contact me. They started to pick up their drink, this "guard" of 17 years old runs out, without documents, begins to arrange the wildest farce, telling my young man, they say, let's go figure it out, I'll call my brother now, and a lot of mats, strange gestures in the form of "fakes" and some other obscure game...
In general, no one called me back, and I've been waiting for a week ... (I won't
go to this "circus" anymore (and there was once a normal place).
And I strongly advise the administration, which, I think, will read my review sometime, when selecting a team, to check employees for adequacy and provide them with at least some identity documents. By the way, this "guard in school uniform" is called Ayor.
And if it's a relative (otherwise at least someone called me), then he can't work with people. The guy's got a really bad head.
And I don't think that such cases need to be protected or hidden in any way.
I cannot wish prosperity, alas. The years when everything was fine are definitely over.

It's bad that the benches at the exit were removed, the parking lot was cleared at their expense. And it became problematic to call a taxi if the bags with the goods are heavy, and it is undesirable to put them on the floor and then on the seat in a taxi. But the bread is very good.
