I rested here for the May holidays. I liked the hotel. They settled in right away. The room is large and clean. The renovation is fresh. Everything works. Cleaning on demand, even up to the replacement of the curtain in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly. He fulfills all requests very quickly and with a soul. The breakfast is varied and classic: scrambled eggs with sausage, pancakes, sliced, porridge, fruits and vegetables, yogurt. The kitchen also responds very quickly to requests - I asked to warm pancakes and make scrambled eggs - literally 3 minutes and they brought it. The hotel has a beautiful patio with tables. You can eat there. There's a landscaping of plants and a fireplace. There were only 2 disadvantages: there is no coffee machine - only instant coffee, there is no balcony and a view from the window to the construction site or an abandoned courtyard. And so the hotel is decent for its price. The city center and the airport are 5 minutes away by taxi.
Great hotel. The guys at the reception are just fire. I really liked the attitude, all requests were satisfied. We helped with food orders, we always went to a meeting.
Breakfast is the weak side of the restaurant. But apparently these are the standard breakfasts of all hotels in Uzbekistan.
Scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were served for breakfast. The sausages are a bit artificial. Sausages and cheeses are also tin. The whole coffee is nescafe 3in1.
The apples are not washed.
A typical 3-star hotel. The renovation is fresh. Quiet. The reception is friendly but not everyone speaks Russian. Bottled water is free.
You can buy bottled beer - 20,000 soums for 0.5 or 0.4 bottle, I don't remember exactly I didn't take it.
There is wifi.
The linen in the rooms is new. The mattress is a bit harsh (I liked it, my wife used to be softer). There is a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom when you turn on the water passes. The shower curtain is not comfortable - everything pours out onto the floor, in principle it is not critical.
The cleaning in the rooms is clean (even behind the bedside table is normal) but once they forgot about it, although they themselves asked about it at the reception.
There is a patio with tables and a shared balcony above it - you can sit quietly, relax, eat, etc.
The breakfast buffet, I don't know about others (I read the reviews before check-in and was skeptical), the assortment is not very large, but we had enough. Porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, boiled buckwheat, sausages, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurts, cucumbers, tomatoes, apples, oranges, cookies, pastries, pancakes, nuts and something else. Tea, coffee 3in1. The only thing missing was a normal natural coffee or a coffee machine.
There are not very many restaurants (not "shawarma" and canteens) in the area nearby. There are small cafes and fast food. There is an EVOS fast food chain in 3 minutes (meat in pita bread, burgers, tea, soft drinks) - delicious, safe, open until 11 pm you can eat there.
To the historical center (Registan, Bibi Khanum, Afrasiab) 30-40 minutes on foot (depends on your pace) or about 7-10 minutes by taxi. You can order via Yandex.Taxi, specifying payment in cash. Taxis are not expensive via Yandex. ordinary taxi drivers charge prices several times higher.
We walked on foot - normal.
Be careful on the roads - the "green traffic light for pedestrians" by local drivers does not mean anything at all, they drive without slowing down.
I recommend swimming at the Swim Center No. 1 on Ibn Sina. The pilaf ends at about one o'clock in the afternoon. In other places, "so be it." 45-50 minutes on foot, 7 minutes by car.
If you have any questions, ask :)
In general, I recommend the hotel, I would stay there again.
I didn't like the hotel. I'll start with the district -it's far from the center and some kind of industrial area. The room has very cheap plumbing. The shower is mounted at such a height that I could barely reach it with a height of 173 cm. And it's either clogged with lime or very low-quality - water sprays in all directions, but little gets on you. I haven't seen toilet paper of this quality for 25 years. Externally, the room is clean, but the charger fell behind the bedside table and had to be moved away, and there everything is in crumbs, garbage. It's very unpleasant. And breakfast was not very pleasant. One day there was a buffet. It was very sparse, but there was something to eat. The next day they came, but there was no food at all. A sleepy boy comes out of the back room and says, "I'll get it now." After about 15 minutes, I brought what I could find or deemed necessary. But from this set, I have already been able to eat only an egg. Breakfast was the decisive point, we moved to another hotel on the same day and never regretted it.
A good hotel, relatively fresh renovation, a small number of rooms, friendly staff, breakfast according to the stars of the hotel, you can even negotiate with the chef about some reasonable changes in the menu. In the evening, they poured tea for free in a teapot in the garden at the tables when we were sitting. The water was given for free without question. Cleaning every day, changing towels too, there is a dryer in the bathroom, which I saw for the first time in more than one year of traveling. The air conditioner was blowing on his feet, not on his head, as in other hotels. The TV was showing three Russian programs, not bad either. In general, this hotel corresponds to money. The airport is also not far away, they took a taxi of 12,000 tugriks from the locals, which is basically cheap. There is delivery from stores. In general, the quality corresponds to the price. Next time I'd stay here too.
The courteous staff tried to resolve all issues promptly. The room is clean, cleaning on request, high quality. There is no cafe in the hotel. Breakfast is in the form of a buffet, simple, for 4. It is located quite far from the sights, in an alley, opposite an abandoned construction site. In general, it is quiet, calm, and budget-friendly.
The hotel is still under construction, everything is basically new, but there are some disadvantages:
- service, in principle there is none, during the three days of stay they never took out the garbage, did not change the bedding, etc. If you want something, you have to say it, and it is perceived with a dissatisfied look.
- sometimes the lights went out, but this is a problem, as far as I understood, not the hotel
- internet Wi-Fi crashes frequently
- breakfast is basically nothing special, but it also leaves much to be desired (sausages, egg, porridge), unchanged for all three days.
Of the advantages: - quite a good location, 15 minutes on foot and you're at the Registan, if you don't like to take a taxi for 70- 100 rubles. (Russian) and you can actually get to any historical place.
- a quiet area, although not far from the highway.
A small hotel on a quiet street with a fairly new renovation and very clean rooms. The staff is responsive, ready to help quickly) We were checked in 2 hours earlier, for which special thanks!
I was pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the hotel in the form of bottles with soda, mineral water and water without gas. I will separately note the presence of a battery in the room (which is rare for Uzbekistan on Monday in general).
Keep in mind that there are a couple of rooms without windows facing the street, it is worth checking when booking.
I'm shooting a few balls for a very(!) hard mattresses and not the best breakfast.
There are no disadvantages in this hotel! From the moment we arrived there, and it was early, we received real comfort and genuine positive emotions. Starting with an early breakfast, as well as an earlier check-in and the opportunity to stay in the room much earlier than the stated check-in time. The availability of ordering a city taxi, as well as the ability to print tickets and boarding passes issued after arrival! You will not find such a service even in the European "fives". Professionals and craftsmen clearly worked on the design of this hotel. Decorated in bright colors, with the softest carpets, this hotel is like a treasure pacifying with its comfort. With a courtyard, decorated in a single oriental style, it will seem like a real Oasis for any tourist. As well as its location near the center, you will be pleased with the possibility of hiking. I would also like to sincerely thank the staff of this hotel for their sincere and warm welcome. I bow low to you and see you again :)
He lived superbly. The place is quiet and this is important due to the extensive excursion program. The historical center is 20 minutes on foot. The staff is responsive, but there is a small problem with the language. But it's all solvable. Arrive.
I regretted staying there. By points:
1) Arrived at 13:40, waited until 14:10 as there was no one at the reception. Then a room cleaning worker appeared, then she checked me into the room talking to someone on the phone, receiving instructions on what to do.
2) Rooms are like in a room in an ordinary old apartment
3) No breakfast, one fried egg and one small sausage
I rented for two nights and eventually lived for one, but did not stay there anymore
Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Convenient location, not far from the center and not noisy, you can sleep. There is a barbecue and a cauldron, if desired, you can cook dinner yourself in the courtyard.
Yes, 3 stars, the staff is responsive, that's it. The breakfast is ugly - some kind of kitchen, 3in1 coffee without an elementary coffee machine, the rooms (on the 1st floor) have smells in the shower, there was no hot water on the first day, the Internet does not catch in all rooms...this does not mean that it is impossible to live, it is quite tolerable, but the price-quality ratio is not any gate..and of course it's not three stars.
Such a beautiful place! In the morning, a huge chandelier sparkles and shimmers in the sun. You're going to breakfast, but it feels like an oriental fairy tale. The room is clean, cozy, with pleasant beige shades. The room has everything you need. Friendly, friendly staff.
When I go a second time, I'll stop here.
Yes, the mattresses are a bit harsh, but it suited me. I got a great night's sleep!
We are grateful for early check-in upon arrival, attentive staff, the hotel is clean and very quiet, minus the smell of sewage in the bathroom, only instant coffee.

A great little clean Family hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is good and hearty, almost homemade, but portioned. Homemade cottage cheese and pancakes are especially noteworthy. Unfortunately, the coffee is instant .
You can always ask for tea at the reception. They brew delicious .
We had a food delivery arranged for us in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent samsa and salad , we did not expect it for only 65,000 .
The only drawback is a very hard mattress , a few extra blankets saved a little .
Thanks again to the hotel staff!!!
The breakfast is excellent, the staff is good, they will help you with everything, they are very pleasant and sociable, if you do not have time for breakfast, you will not be denied a cup of tea or coffee! The rooms are not big, but clean. There is a shared balcony and a courtyard on the ground floor, where it is pleasant to eat. I liked everything, I hope I will come again!
Nice little hotel. New. I was comfortable. Breakfasts are without fanaticism, but breakfast is quite enough (breakfast from 7 to 9:30). There is a kettle in the room. Convenient location - 50 meters away from the road. Silence. I liked it)
Comfortable solid mattresses, bunk beds and dark curtains. Perfect)

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. There is a hearty buffet breakfast (porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese and sausage cuts, fruits and vegetables, nuts, desserts and even mini-samsa), you can have breakfast in the courtyard. As in another hotel in Tashkent, the mattress is very hard, but smooth and you can sleep comfortably. Friendly and attentive staff, good room cleaning, thick soft carpets everywhere (clean)), a cozy lobby with an aquarium, there are also personal compliments from the administration. There are also minor drawbacks: our room had poor ventilation in the bathroom-toilet (the fan could not cope), Windows overlook the construction site and problematic Internet (Wi-Fi worked, but the Internet periodically disappeared)

We took a family room in the hope of comfortably spending these two days in Samarkand. We were expected in the family room:
1. A toilet with a "delicious" smell, if you forgot to close the door when you came home, you could feel it all over the room. There was also an urn full of dirty paper in the toilet, which was never cleaned at our request. The quality of the toilet paper leaves much to be desired. For five people in our room there were 4 sets of brush paste and 4 jars of shampoo.
2. The room itself. The smell of unknown origin was in it and with the toilet door closed, the WiFi does not catch, it crashes, although the router is located at the entrance to the room. That is, the TVs hanging on the walls turn out to be completely non-functional. As mentioned earlier, the rooms are not cleaned either during the stay or after (apparently), when we stopped by, we met with some black hair on the toilet walls and not only, but also with an unwashed mug on the windowsill.
The lights went out at night, and with it the air conditioner. In principle, the lights turn off periodically, breakfast with telephone lanterns is romantic.
3. Maintenance. Water is not brought into the rooms, it is given out only upon request. For breakfast, which according to the schedule should last until 9.30, there is no point in coming later than 9.00, the products are running out, whoever managed to eat, as they say.
In general, the impression is negative.
It looks beautiful, modern and well-groomed.
But, at a room price of $ 90/day:
- couldn't find a common language at the reception (English, Russian),
- the toilet in the room smelled of sewage,
- the breakfasts are monotonous, of unimpressive quality.
Thanks to the staff who tried to help solve the problems!
A small hotel, a quiet place very close to the historical center. Very cozy. The breakfasts are excellent, you can have breakfast on the patio if the weather permits.
Nice hotel!
Only sometimes the rooms smell damp, it was early spring!
The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, cups, tea, instant coffee.
There is also a small enclosed courtyard where you can sit!
Cleanliness in the room, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff.
It is located 5 minutes by taxi, or 30 minutes on foot from the main attractions.
The mattress is a bit stiff, but that's how you like it.
Among the advantages: clean, new, good breakfast, very helpful staff - provided an iron, stayed for breakfast, helped set up the TV.
Of the cons: Wi-Fi in the room does not work well, you need to go to the lobby, a low shower room.
The hotel is excellent, you can book excursions at the reception, breakfast is normal, you can do better. The room was nice. The hotel is clean, the location is convenient.
A super hotel. Everything is wonderful: the attitude at the reception, the quality of bed linen and plumbing, and of course the cozy courtyard!!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!!
The hotel is very pleasant. The main thing is clean and beautiful. The breakfast is not very varied, but it is hearty. There were eggs, cheese, sausage, porridge, etc.Not far from the Siab market.
The hotel is a beautiful picture, but it is not very convenient to get to the main attractions by transport and the sound insulation in the rooms is not very good.
The hotel is new, excellent, very responsible approach to customers, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast. The staff is attentive, and overall the hotel left a wonderful impression.
The staff is intrusive. The administrator wrote to me in telegrams until late at night. I was informed that I could not pay with a card 4 hours before departure (at night)….
Before leaving for the airport at 4 a.m., I stood at the reception for an hour, CARL, an hour... so that they would come up with a way to pay.
And well, the cherry on the cake, the water was turned off at night... I couldn't even wash properly…
In general, I do not recommend it.
A normal hotel, very good for your money, clean and cozy, the location is excellent

A good hotel to stay for 2-3 nights. All the sights are nearby, the airport too. Probably, I didn't like the breakfasts very much, but they don't spoil the impression of the hotel
