Once again, I came to pick up my order from the online store (No.220205-61640, February 5) and was faced with a lack of ability and desire to communicate respectfully with the customer on the part of your employee.
I was standing and checking my order, your senior cashier Svetlana Viktorovna saw that we were communicating with the cashier Olga Viktorovna, but Svetlana just came up, repeatedly interrupted us, and after a while she also allowed herself to snatch the packaging from my hands, then she said something to the cashier Olga and just left, and this all despite the fact that I did not address Svetlana at all. For her, such behavior is the daily norm, as I was told later, and the incident with me is still a flower.
I hope that the management of the store / company Island of purity "Zapadkhimtorg":
1) Turn his attention to his employee Svetlana and her aptitude for the position of "senior cashier";
2) Hold a conversation with her on the topic of customer relations based on the corporate ethics of your company - maybe she forgot how it should be in your company or does not think so;
3) Consider the possibility of promoting and awarding JUST cashier Olga at the end of the current month.
I would really like your company to be represented one day by such customer-oriented employees as Olga, because cashiers-sales consultants are the face of your company for customers, who in turn bring you profit.
If it wasn't for Svetlana, it would have been 5 stars.

The product range is good, but there is a nuance with the timely change of price tags. There was repeatedly a "surprise" when one price is on the price tag, and another one breaks through at the checkout. As an explanation from the staff - "the action is over, they did not have time to change it."
The service is good, and the expansion of the product segment is encouraging.
