The cashier, of course, is not to blame for this, motivates by the fact that "she is very tired of explaining to customers that this is not a private store where the seller can lower the price at the checkout, but here she does not set price tags, but punches what the cash register gives out." I would advise the State Control Committee to visit this previously good store, and the rest to check the receipts at the checkout.
