The hotel is a motel, the walls are thin, we didn't sleep well, the air conditioner does not cool below 25 degrees, it was blocked, it was 32 outside, it was stuffy anyway. The cafe is expensive, dinner for two cost 12,000 tons, only 3 dishes and tea. In the morning we ate at another cafe for 2000 rubles, ate too much.

Everything seems to be fine, at first... It is possible with animals - this is a feature for the KZ. It is sooo difficult to find a decent hotel "you can have pets" in the KZ. Here you can. But don't even think about cleanliness and silence. It's scary to be in the bathtub, the towels are packed, but with traces of past guests and their snot. Walking down the corridor all night, you can hear everything, screams and moans. Fortunately, we only had to stay for 3 hours, in general, we slept dressed and tried not to touch anything. Sadly...

We were passing through Kostanay, we just needed to spend the night. The room is normal, but generally so-so. We took a room on a non-smoking floor, but cigarette smoke mixed with humidity from the pool and bathhouse stank a lot, even on the 4th floor. We definitely won't stop there a second time.

Of the cons, the room was on the 3rd floor (not a smoking floor), and the smoker was on the 2nd floor!!! IT SMELLED STRONGLY OF CIGARETTES! There is A RAILWAY opposite! It's unrealistic to sleep...Of the Advantages, we took the suitcase to the 3rd floor, the room is clean.

I stayed here before more than a year ago and the impressions from that time were not the best because of the smoky rooms. But this time I came across a room in the Guest House Cottage, which they built behind the main building of the hotel and was pleasantly surprised: clean rooms, thick, elastic mattresses, clean linen and towels. There is even a brush and paste in the shower. Another plus is the fenced parking lot and the proximity to the entrance to the city from the highway to Chelyabinsk

The eleventh hotel in our trip, the only one in this price category. We got here by accident, the one we were going to didn't have two rooms. 10000 room price! Grand Eurasia for 30,000 in Almaty and Ibis in Astana for 31700 - liked it less. Behind the hotel is the guest house "Cottage" - we lived there. Everything is in the room: glasses, bowls, spoons, bowls. There is a cooler and an iron in the hallway. We had a great breakfast in the restaurant in the morning, delicious, fast and beautiful. I recommend it, well done!!!

2. The falling off tile in the bathroom unit makes it very smooth to close the door in the drywall wall.
3. the dimensions of the bathroom (shower / sink / toilet) cause a feeling that even smaller just technically did not work out.
5. The barcode for wi-fi in the room is certainly modern, but I can't scan with a laptop. It is solved by calling the reception, but still.

By the way, if you arrived late and did not have time to go to the exchanger, they accept rubles (although at a predatory rate, but still), which is very convenient. The only point: if you suddenly travel with suitcases, ask for a floor as low as possible, there is no elevator, and there are 4 floors.

The admin's terrible attitude is as if I came to her house to spend the night, there is no kettle in the room, breakfast cannot be ordered for some reason in the room. Check out before 9 in the morning, which was very inconvenient, there was some kind of stale smell in the rooms, I don't say anything about audibility through the wall at all, it was something with something. And they also take a deposit, I haven't seen this anywhere else in hotels, they check the room at the exit.

It's just awful! We arrived in the heat of 40 degrees (yes, let it be an anomaly for Northern Kazakhstan), we were settled in a cottage, there is no air conditioning, there is nothing to breathe, a mosquito net with a slit on top, a fly flew in and terrorized us for 5 days! Rent a gazebo - 4000 per hour, barbecue - the same thing, ordered room service at night, charged for delivery, but also for service! What kind of service??? We paid for the delivery, the waiters didn't run around us, they just brought us food from the main building to the cottage! A stirrup costs 3,000 tenge, even in Astana in a hotel it cost 500, and here it costs 3 thousand! They charge money for everything! And the cherry on the cake - we saw fleas on the bed! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
