They helped a lot, solved many issues very quickly, good service, really service from A to Z, helped with clothes, wreaths, coffin, cross, cafe, hearse. The approach is more like in American movies. In general, thanks a lot, everything is very decorous.
PS: I came across an indignant comment from 04/05/2025, with which I fundamentally disagree, and in this regard I want to express my opinion:
1) "I don't understand who is contacting" - people who need high-quality help here and now.
2) The representative came out in an inappropriate way - this is how an entrepreneur works 24/7 on his own. At 3 a.m., she replied to you, where is the certainty that the entrepreneur also did not work with other clients between 3 a.m. and 10 a.m. In my opinion, the main thing in this matter is not the appearance of a person, but how well he does his job.
3) our city is small, this company has been operating in the funeral services market for many years, and many people know them! This entrepreneur is not a monopolist in our city, there are many competitors, and I think that if she did not work with everyone with high quality, this company would no longer exist.
I know what I'm writing about, if it weren't for the help of this entrepreneur, I would have buried my grandmother at least 3-4 days after her death... With her help, it was possible to do this the next day, and everything was high-quality, orderly, and with all due diligence.

Many thanks to Tatiana, the hostess of this ritual company, when your mother dies, you don't think anything in your head. We did everything ourselves, clearly, beautifully and efficiently. Right up to the funeral service, which was also organized by Tatiana. Her team of four guys is dressed in a clean black uniform, everything is neat, cultured, they do all the rituals themselves, light and seal the grave, the wreaths themselves are beautifully and neatly put up. We used Tatiana's services, and our family was very satisfied with the quality of the organization's work. The director herself solves absolutely all issues, and the responsible young man at the cemetery (her son) does everything very quickly and very carefully. The team of working guys also caused a pleasant surprise - they were all neat and young. A wonderful organization for providing such services, I absolutely disagree with the negative review, it's completely absurd!!!

I'm totally shocked!the level of education, decency, the slightest concepts of tact and decency are below the baseboard.at the entrance, there is a female with bright red 30 cm-long nails, very pumped lips and with a big problem in her head.When you say something like we're going to think about it, you immediately throw a tantrum with threats.I don't understand who uses her services.I strongly do not recommend it!

let's figure it out.although logically, the agency's representative, instead of calling me with threats, should have investigated the situation before running to the police with a statement.
On the night of April 30th to 31st, my father died.
At 3 a.m., we called Tatiana, the owner of the agency.Our first question was this:Do you have a nice suit?not a ritual one, but a good men's suit.To which the answer was given that the agency has a wide selection of suits of different price categories.
Our meeting was scheduled for 10 a.m.
On the threshold of the agency, Tatiana met us in an inappropriate way, in my opinion.namely: a white housecoat, long red nails, a swollen face with pumped lips.I believe that a representative of a funeral agency has no right to approach clients in this form.
Then, as soon as we crossed the threshold, we were given the phrase:Your suit is already in the morgue.We were surprised at what kind of costume, we hadn't even seen it or chosen it.and then it turned out that the agency has only one line of funeral costumes, the simplest and cheapest, which, by the way, costs 2 times cheaper in other agencies!
When we said that such a costume did not suit us, Tatiana started freaking out with the words:well, then go to the Comintern and buy for 450 rubles. and in general..
These words also shocked us, as did the fact that our suit was already in the morgue.
Well, okay, we left the theme with the costume, we decided to buy it somewhere else.
We moved on to the coffin issue.
Tatiana immediately perked up and began offering us the most expensive coffin, saying:Well, your son wanted a good coffin.although the son immediately said that he had not said such a thing.
But I'm sorry, we also wanted a nice suit.and somehow it doesn't make sense according to your own words (it's like burying)to offer the most expensive coffin, but at the same time to be indignant that we don't want your costume.
As a result, we decided to leave this institution, we told Tatiana that we would go, take a look, think about it.What has caused a mountain of indignation to descend upon us:As it is, we were given time, others were rejected, and now we are leaving.And anyway, if we leave, they won't take us back and they won't take care of us.
Dear agency!
We tried to use your services.But the way you provide them shocked us, and we were forced to leave your establishment.
Work on the appearance of your representative (the theater begins with a hanger), on his level of upbringing and education.Learn how to communicate with the client.especially considering the specifics of your job.

Six months have passed since the funeral of our loved one. I am grateful to write a review about the work of the agency. The professionalism of the staff, respect for the deceased and sympathy for the grief of relatives allowed my mother to go on her last journey with dignity, in a Christian way. There is not a single unresolved issue left, the agency has provided and organized everything, really "from A to Z". It would be good to involve such conscientious agencies in the improvement of urban cemeteries.
