We also received a report on all the work every week. We often talked with the foreman, who was always in touch and answered all our questions. I especially want to mention the quality of the materials. We were offered excellent options that matched our needs and budget. In general, we remained only in positive emotions from the cooperation, we are satisfied with the result.

And suddenly the location of buildings on the site is illegal, and there is no entrance to the bathroom. And this is just the beginning... it seems to you that the designer represents your interests and tries to put your desires into shape for reasonable money. Yeah, right now. He draws as it suits him, does not say or lies that it will cost mere pennies. You just sign the act of completed work. Errors were found in the first minutes after receiving the project. The manager was informed. They'll fix it now. You just need to pay extra, and it's better not to call here anymore, there's too much work.

It's just a nightmare. The sales department is working fine, but the architect who designed our project, as if she had never done anything more than redrawing from a typical project found in Google. We ordered a house project in a classic style, as a result, she just told us how to draw her project. No initiative, offer something to the customer, show different options - forget it! The maximum that these people can do is to draw the pictures you have thrown in the autocad for your own money. I don't say anything about the technical side of the project at all - they designed a Jacuzzi (or rather, they just slapped it on the layout), without thinking about how to maintain it, where to place nodes, etc. When they came with the edits, they asked for an additional $ 300 for correcting their own mistake. And, by the way, they were told and trained how to maintain a Jacuzzi from another construction company that we hired and asked this question. I talked to the director - everything is zero there, apparently there are many people who want to bring money to give it to nowhere. According to the construction estimate, there are also questions - other construction companies have the same amount of work twice as cheap. In general, there were only negative experiences and terrible memories in working with these comrades.
