I especially want to mention the quality of the materials. We were offered excellent options that matched our needs and budget.
In general, we remained only in positive emotions from the cooperation, we are satisfied with the result.
It seems to you that the architect has knowledge of the requirements and treats the work responsibly. After all, everything looks serious and costs money. And suddenly the location of buildings on the site is illegal, and there is no entrance to the bathroom. And this is just the beginning...

- The project is crude, it is impossible to make an estimate for materials, everything is underestimated by 30%. Received double deliveries and downloads.
- The structural components in the architectural and construction project are shown with errors in size (the size error of the monolithic beam is 340mm!), a rafter system with impossible shapes, floor beams hanging in the air.
