Quite cosy place, great hosts, the only problem is slightly old bathroom

There is no heating, the room is very cold, there is an air conditioner, you need to turn it on, but it can't cope.
Accordingly, the bathroom is very cold, there is no air conditioning, THERE is NO HOT WATER, the owners do not write about this. For some reason there was no duvet cover, I had to go ask.
The room has dirty curtains, bedspreads, which, I'm sure, have never been washed, and the bathroom is also very dirty.
There is no wardrobe.
The dishes are also dirty, poorly washed.
Breakfast is normal.
There is no outlet near the bed.
Plus only the location, all the sights are within walking distance

It's the scariest place I've ever stayed in. The room is so dirty that it's scary to touch anything. The water glasses were sticky and dirty, and they just had to be torn off the bedside table. The bathroom is terrible, with mold and dirt. The mattress on the bed is sagging and you just fall off it. As a bonus, there are running cockroaches.
