I did not feel any bad prejudice and arrogance towards the "criminal", but only help and support. That's what employees of other government agencies would be like - we would live in an even better country.

There is something to compare it with... for example, in the traffic police of the Sovetsky district, a person just sat and it was clear that his thoughts were about something else altogether. In the Moscow region, everything was different... of course, this may be a special case, but nevertheless it exists. Also, finally, a convenient marking was applied at the exit to the MKAD on the bridge. Maybe not everything is great everywhere... But it is clear that people are trying.
