If it is convenient for you to change your passport here by location, and not in your RVC, then be prepared that the kind madam working in this place (I don't know her full name, dark-haired with short hair) will consider it appropriate to voice her thoughts in an outrageous tone "why did you come here?!?!?? you have your own RVTS!" I'm at a loss to ask, can't I change the document here? Because after calling me beforehand, they told me to come, no problem. To which I hear in response, "Why create an extra queue here?!!?!" By the way, there was one person sitting in the hallway. And this person also did not announce that they can fill out a passport replacement application for a fee.
I went to my RVTS and calmly did everything. I paid 4.8 and they filled out an application for me.
That's the attitude towards people in government institutions.
I am Reconciled Vasily Alexandrovich, I arrived in the Republic of Belarus for permanent residence from the Russian Federation in 1993 and received a residence permit in the same year. As the procedure obliges, every five years it was necessary to change the residence permit, accordingly, each time contact the Department of citizenship and migration of the Pervomaisky district of our city, I want to express my gratitude for the work of the team, for help with paperwork (sometimes it is very difficult for those who have encountered this). I would especially like to mention Belko Elena Alexandrovna, who during the raging Covid and being not quite healthy herself led the reception of citizens, I think Elena Alexandrovna helped many visitors and will help more than once. A few days ago I received the citizenship of the Republic of Belarus, which I am proud of!
They change their passports. There is a parking lot. Electronic queue. Sofas. Employees work promptly. There is a bank branch nearby. I can recommend this place for document exchange procedures
