I would like to express my gratitude to the Leading specialists of the 8th cabinet. They helped with the solution of the issue professionally and politely, as well as explained the procedure very competently and clearly.
when applying 30 minutes before closing (there was no queue) to receive an identification card and a biometric passport, I listened to 20 minutes of gasps and sighs about where only such people come from that they cannot come in advance. Of the remaining 10 minutes, there was a discussion for 5 about how badly the surname is spelled (Belarusian is Latin).
Accelerated issuance is a complete fiction. The employees themselves said more than once that the documents could be ready the next day (they had to ask the next day to change the translation of the surname into Latin). Get the answer: nothing can be changed anymore! And clarification: You didn't tell me what kind of transfer you wanted. If we had made a mistake, maybe we would have typed "up" to try to fix it.
To print exactly a photo in a biometric passport (80p) is an impossible fantasy.
Many thanks to Tatiana Igorevna Misunova, an employee of the 1st cabinet. Carefully, efficiently, accepted and issued documents, explained everything. Yes, there is a queue, but it does not depend on the employee, but on the system that needs to be improved. Thanks a lot
