After a couple of minutes of meaningless dialogue, they nevertheless began to issue a passport replacement...They gave me a small piece of paper to sign, handwritten in terrible handwriting to verify my passport data...When asked what could be made out here, they countered with a counter question: "what is not clear here?". I paid 11p for such a service, somehow checked and signed the sheet, I hope there will be no problems with the passport.
The first specialist should have already given full information about what documents to have with you and checked at least what was with you! I had to queue 3 times on different days and still not get a result! The situation with the specialist who gave me the exam instead of clearly identifying what was missing... I'm shocked! Why should I guess for myself what I'm missing in the package of documents? This is the 3rd visit, so that everyone understands) and the situation is not over yet, I do not know how much more I will have to go there... The queue is created simply because employees are too lazy to talk to visitors! Make a printout of the full package of documents for any situation and everything will be easier!
